I wasn't sure, like,
what to think.

A ghost in
an abandoned house

plays with an investigator
in Russia.

I would never have said that an accordion is

the most frightening
of all musical instruments,

and it turns out it is.

And man goes deep
into the swamps of Florida...

Let me show you guys
the real Florida.

...and spots a Skunk Ape.

Oh, my God.

From a sasquatch perspective,

it would be
an excellent habitat

for one to live.

And even more
paranormal footage you have to see...

Oh,,
it is so big!

...to believe.

There are several reasons
why the Haunted Hill House in Texas got its name.

Built in the late 1800s,

it served as
a makeshift hospital,

then a brothel,

and even housed
a bootlegging operation during Prohibition.

In addition to all that,

many people are said
to have died here.

So it's no surprise this house
is considered to be one of

the most haunted places
in the Lone Star State.

Just ask a man
who went there recently

and witnessed it firsthand.

September 2020,
Mineral Wells, Texas.

A group of paranormal
enthusiasts are at the Haunted Hill House

for an overnight
investigation.

One of them is Daniel Guerra.

My name is Daniel Guerra
and I'm from Moody, Texas.

I got a really creepy vibe
when I walked in.

I definitely
felt the presence.

And right after midnight,

it seems as though
that presence

makes itself known.

As we were coming in,

they do a tour of the house.

And during that,
our friend, Dylan,

suddenly feels
a tug on his shirt.

Sure enough, when
the group later reviews the footage from the CCTV camera

with Kathy, one of the owners,

it appears that Dylan
wasn't imagining things.

Right there.
Watch this guy's shirt.

Boom. Shirt down.

He like turns around
and he looks around,

and he like says,

"Man, I think something
just pulled on my shirt."

A couple of hours later,

the group moves into
one of the bedrooms.

Daniel and his friend Victoria
lay on the bed.

And Victoria begins to
provoke the ghost of a supposed misogynist.

She was saying, you know,
"There's a woman in your bed,

and we heard
you don't like women,"

and, you know, "What are you
gonna do about it?

Are you gonna
do something about it?"

And she repeats this
over and over and over.

After about ten minutes of Victoria's taunting,

she gets a response.

Watch again

as Victoria gets violently
yanked off the bed.

It was pitch-black in there,

so I didn't get a chance
to see it, like, as it went down.

But you felt
her come off the bed

and you heard
her hit the ground.

And it's like
a loud boom sound.

And I look over,
and you can just see, like,

from the little light
you could see,

you could see nothing
but like...

terror in her face
as she runs out of there.

It felt like
my whole left side of my body,

like, was suctioned
to the bottom,

underneath the bed, almost.

Like gravity disappeared.

She said she felt like she got sucked into a black hole.

And I think that's because
there was a vortex

that was happening.

Energy was shifting
in that room.

It's not always that
ghosts are attacking you.

It's an energy shift.

In order for energy
to manifest,

they have to change the whole
paradigm of how energy works

within our existence.

And she happened to be
so close to the periphery of that

that she got pulled
into that energetic shift.

Whenever activity happens,

I typically advise
investigators to stick around.

Because this is
what you're looking for.

However,

in this case,
I don't blame that woman for noping the heck out of there,

because this is scary.

I probably would have done
the same thing.

Whatever's in
this space is not shy

about making itself known.

Not only are people
getting pulled,

but someone's shirt being
tugged on the back,

what this says is that
whatever entity's in this space,

it's not hiding.

It wants people's attention.

It wants people
to know it's there.

I've been there
and I feel like this place

has what's called a
schizophrenic energy about it.

As if there's not just one
thing trying to come through.

There's a struggle of
communications.

Things trying to
cut each other in line,

trying to vie
for your attention.

And because of that,

it's not always polite.

- Wow.
- She literally got pulled.

Daniel's visit
to the Haunted Hill House

not only solidified
his belief in the afterlife,

it made him think twice
about ever going back there.

My friends wanna
do it every year.

And I don't know if
I'm really trying to do it every year, you know.

I believed in like
ghosts and stuff,

but... now,
I really believe now.

I know they're real.
I know they can touch you.

I know they can pretty much
do whatever they want to you if they're strong enough.

And I'm not really interested
in messing with them.

recently learned

the hard way.

Manchester, England,

Danny Smith,
a relative newcomer to paranormal investigation,

has just arrived at
an abandoned mansion

that is reportedly haunted.

All right, guys,
in we go.

Nice easy open access.

The home has been
sitting vacant for nearly a decade.

But some believe that
the ghost of a woman

who was murdered
on the premises years ago...

...hasn't moved on.

Tonight, Danny and another
investigator named Moxley

are hoping to
find out for themselves.

This place is crazy.

My name is Danny,
and this is my video.

It felt weird.
It had a weird feeling to it.

Like a heavy presence.

It wasn't nice.
Like, it wasn't welcome.

There's something creepy
about this hallway.

Danny's intuition
is spot-on.

Because shortly after
they entered the house...

Yo.

What was that?

We heard the noise
from the kitchen area.

We went in to try and see
if we could find anything in there

or whether there was any
homeless people in the property

that we had not seen.

I couldn't
see anyone in there.

So we asked for responses
on the K2 device.

Is there any spirits in
this room that's making this device go off?

Can you take this device
back to the green?

Thank you.

Can you take it
to the red again?

Thank you.

When you see a K2 meter interact with an investigator,

it can actually kind of
show you whether or not

that energy is intelligent.

And that goes to show that
whatever is in that location

has the ability to understand
the motive of that investigator,

to understand when
he's asking questions,

and to give insight to
who the individual haunting the location is.

What all fall on the ground?

- Back of the house?
- I don't know.

The fact that we hear
this really loud bang

right when the murder
is being mentioned...

...that could also be
an indication

that this is
an intelligent spirit.

It knows that you are talking
about this very tragic event,

and it may not like it.

If the noises
signify its dislike of the topic,

it quickly becomes clear
that whatever is in here

is very displeased.

Mate, listen.

It's in the walls.

Lots of tapping.

All through the walls.

It is absolutely...

insane.

I'm proper spooked out.

Spooked enough
to call it quits

after about an hour.

But two weeks later,
Danny goes back,

this time, on his own

for a 30-minute-alone
challenge.

Tonight, I've returned to
the murder mansion.

I'm on me own.

I'm daft for doing this.

That may be true.

Because once again,
just minutes after Danny enters the home,

something makes itself known.

Hello?

Is somebody there?

Show yourself.

He gets no response.

So he begins
a Spirit Box session

around ten minutes into
his challenge.

Are you okay with me
being here?

Is the lady that passed away
on this property here?

"Go."
Why should I go?

When you asked him,
"Are you happy with us being here?"

And you get like
a reply saying "go."

And it's like, well,
"I'm here to find out more."

Can you tell me
how many spirits are here?

Oh,!

Is that you that's just
closed that door?

"Leave."

When the door closed,

I felt like I had to
get out of the building.

Seeing it physically
in front of my eyes,

it was unreal.

Closed doors in
these instances do two things.

One, they're loud.

They're scary.

It makes a noise.
It gets attention.

But doors also have
a pretty clear

symbolic meaning as well.

A door slammed in your face,
we all know what that means.

It means you're not
welcome here.

Oh,!

So combining that with
the Spirit Box saying things like "leave" and "go,"

the message is pretty clear.

"Leave."

If the spirit of
the victim is truly still in this location,

it would make sense that
she either wouldn't wanna be bothered

or wants to warn people
of sticking around.

Just because
a place is haunted and has spirits present

doesn't necessarily mean that
you are welcome to be there.

Which is exactly
why Danny takes the cue

and leaves,

just halfway through
the challenge.

I weren't staying in there
the full 30 minutes.

I couldn't do it.

But he has
zero regrets

and looks forward to more
paranormal investigations.

to be honest with you.

that don't believe,

and then you've got people
like meself that go out

and do the
paranormal investigation

to show people that
don't believe

that there is spirits around
that you may not know about.

was felt through the screen

by all of his followers.

No doubt the Bigfoot community
suffered a great loss when he died.

Fortunately, his twin brother,
Tom, is keeping his legacy alive...

the most compelling captures

from Tim's collection of
more than 1,300 videos.

Near the river, there,
there's been a sighting

He would go out in
the afternoons and look for Bigfoot.

And then,
he would spend the evenings,

apparently, just sifting
through all that video.

And he did it obsessively.

He never gave up.
He never grew tired of it.

And when you see
this next capture,

you'll understand why.

January, 2015,
Green Swamp, Florida,

while out scouting,

Tim finds some
promising evidence that a Skunk Ape is near.

We found some
possible prints.

And...

we have a fantastic night...
night expedition planned.

I'm very excited about that.

What Tim doesn't realize

until he reviews
the scouting footage later

is that he's already
captured something remarkable.

Watch the bottom
of your screen

as a large, hulking figure
ducks out of sight.

He just got
a quick glimpse of it

that looked like perhaps
an ape-like creature

ducking down
behind the palmettos.

It's a very classic
Bigfoot capture.

We see sort of
the hulking frame,

we see what looks to be
a large hairy body.

It's brief.

It appears to stand up
and then sort of crouch down again.

But what we see,

I think is a good capture.

And there's more.

During the winter of 2015,

in a preserve about
20 miles away from Tampa,

Tim makes another
stunning capture.

But this time,
he sees it as it happens.

as a dark figure quickly
passes by.

This capture is quite
intriguing because, without a question,

there is something out there
moving around.

And this was filmed at
a distance,

which would suggest
whatever it is

is quite large in shape.

One of Tim's
most unique encounters

happens in June, 2011,

in an undisclosed location

when he believes he captured
not one but two Skunk Apes

running behind him.

run across the berm right to left

and exit behind my head
and continue on.

is what I believe
to be the Skunk Ape.

Clearly, and leaning forward
as they run.

Right behind my head,

which is at
the top of the berm,

you'll see 'em run.

Clear.

I've looked at
that video 1,000 times.

But it damn sure looks
like something moving to me.

Something big,
and two of them.

It seems to be two
Skunk Apes in pretty close proximity to him.

Moving unbeknownst to him,
around him,

as if, um... watching him.

This time,
I believed I nailed it.

You see how stealthy they are?

I've always respected that Tim
clearly was having a blast

doing what he was doing
out there in the swamps.

And I think that that's
something that a lot of researchers

and paranormal investigators
can learn from.

Sure, take the
research seriously,

but also have
serious fun doing it.

So...

something's been in
this area.

No doubt,
Tim's enthusiasm for the paranormal

will be sorely missed.

He really gave it his all
to look for this creature.

to hand it to him,

because a lot of us aren't
brave enough to do things like that.

He really wanted
to find that creature,

and he believed that
he found it.

who was somehow able to
shake off his amazement

in the nick of time
in order to grab his phone

and capture something
extraordinary.

Lee, New Hampshire,

Jason O'Rourke and his
girlfriend are pulling into his driveway

when they spot something odd
in the sky.

At first, they are stunned.

Then Jason quickly manages
to pull out his phone

and start recording.

Whoa, slow down.

It's a group of
four to five lights

forming a geometric pattern
in the sky.

And they seem to be revolving.

Jason and his girlfriend
are blown away.

At first, it looked like it
was just one big object,

but then, when they kind of
did their own thing,

I was like, "Well, that's
definitely not on thing.

That's multiple things,"

that it was not a drone,

A, there's no way drones can,

And, B, they would let off
some kind of noise.

You don't hear no planes,

and they don't
fly around like that.

They were literal
balls of light that were flying around like orbs.

maneuvers by a craft,

objects that are flying in a formation,

because they seem to be
quite bright.

But at the same time,
they're flickering on and off,

they're changing color...

These are things that, uh...

most things that we know
that are up in the atmosphere wouldn't do.

Drones wouldn't do that,

helicopters, planes,
sky lanterns couldn't do that.

So, it's really a--
a very curious sight.

Anytime we see
formations like these,

it speaks to an implicit
sense of intention, of purpose.

Some sort of intelligence
at work behind it.

If by intelligence,
you mean alien,

then, Jason is in
full agreement.

In a universe
as big as we're in

and the amount of stuff that
people all over the world have seen,

I think that
it's absolutely possible.

Some part of me thinks that
there is a relationship

with our planet.

And the fact that
it's so active

and has so much life on it

and has so much energy on it,

not a lot of people get to have in their lifetime,

and get some evidence, 'cause it's like,

anybody can say that
they've seen something,

but to have concrete proof
is a whole nother story.

when he suddenly became
a spectator to...

paranormal performance.

November, 2020, Russia,

a ghost hunter who wishes
to remain anonymous

is investigating a house
that's been abandoned for decades

and is believed to be haunted.

Those who've gone inside
report feeling anxious,

dizzy,

and claimed to have had
objects thrown at them.

Tonight, he's here hoping
to capture some proof of that activity.

He begins by
setting up static cameras throughout the house.

He's also brought
an electromagnetic field detector...

...which will go off if any
spiritual energy is present.

Then, just minutes after
settling in...

...the EMF meter is activated

right before a chair...

...moves on its own.

And when the investigator goes
to check on the EMF meter,

watch closely.

Did you catch that?

as a shadow figure creeps
past the doorway

behind him.

When we see the shadow
cross the room

from the right side of the
screen to the left,

there's an interesting
aspect to it

because it crosses past
an open doorway.

Now, if this was actually
the shadow of some person in the room,

once across the doorway,

it would kind of disappear and
be cast into the next room,

uh, and then reappear when
it would cross the wall on the left.

But it doesn't do that.

It stays as a solid
shadowy figure,

uh, as it moves
all the way across the screen,

which would mean
that it's its own entity,

and it's not a shadow being
cast by something else.

For me, I'm always looking for
levels or layers of activity

that seem to happen
concurrently with one another.

It seems to happen
right after there is an audible noise in the room.

So are these
two phenomena related?

Could be.

Because as the investigator
is about to find out,

whatever is in this house

is multitalented.

Listen closely.

As he walks back
toward the kitchen...

...the accordion has just
played on its own.

And there's much more to come.

This is a musical instrument
that is being repeatedly squeezed and released.

That's not an
accidental movement.

That's not something that can
be rigged up just by string off camera.

That is a heavy instrument
with a heavy movement,

and I was just getting chills
that whole time.

After collecting himself,

the investigator goes
back inside

and tries to communicate
with whatever is haunting the house

by doing an EVP session.

as the cabinet door swings
open behind the investigator

without him even noticing.

This is why it's so important
to have stationary cameras on investigations,

because if he didn't have
that camera on,

he would have missed
all of the phenomena.

So, yes, he's asking
EVP questions,

but then, a few moments later,

that whole cabinet seems
to open on its own.

And he is completely unaware
of what's going on behind him.

And it's not over yet.

When the investigator asks,
"Are you here?"

and you get the equipment
going off ballistically...

...that, to me,
is a message to him

that he is not wanted here.

Message received
loud and clear.

Wise choice.

There's an 8-mile stretch of dirt road

in East Texas

that's believed to be haunted.

Once a former railroad line

that was abandoned after the
oil boom of the early 1900s,

Bragg Road is now widely known
for its ghost lights,

eerie hovering glowing orbs
that change color and size

and are impossible
to catch up to.

According to legend, the
lights are that of a lantern

carried by the spirit of
a decapitated train conductor

searching for his head.

But some believe them to be
an unexplained natural phenomenon.

Whatever the case may be,

they are a startling
sight to behold,

as three friends in Texas
found out late one night.

It's getting big.

Oh,,
it is so big!

December, 2012,
Saratoga, Texas,

it's after midnight.

Terry Flemings,
his cousin, John,

and their best friend, Derek,

have just turned onto
Bragg Road,

hoping to see the fabled
Saratoga Ghost Lights.

Terry has seen them before,

and tonight turns out
to be no different.

All right that's
the Saratoga Lights.

We don't know
what the that is in front of us.

And it's behind us, too.

My name is Terry,
and this is my video.

When we were out there
that night,

there were no other
vehicles on the road.

What is it? You know,
it's just a white orb.

Turn on the headlights,
Deezy.

There's no street lights
off there,

there's no people back there.

The only other thing that
you will find there

is a couple of
abandoned graveyards

that have unmarked graves.

What is it?

It's just a weird light,

looking at us.

Even though
the guys came here expecting to see the ghost lights,

they're still totally
freaked out when they appear.

That's scary.

Scary indeed.

But, apparently, not scary
enough to stop them from

making a bold decision.

So, we're about to
get out the car.

We are gonna get out
the car!

That's probably
the worst mistake

that we're gonna do,
with two black dudes and a Mexican,

we're gonna get out
the car.

That was me
panicking the most,

being like,
"Why are we doing this?

Come on, guys.
We do nothing but watch horror movies,

and we're just going against
rule number one right here."

It does seem creepy.

I would imagine if you were
out looking for them

and you saw them,

you would think it was
something otherworldly.

You would think it was
something you would

have to see with
your own eyes to believe.

It's not a car,
it's just... weird.

It's almost like someone's
on a motorcycle ahead of you.

And you see the light
just turn on.

And as you get closer to it,

you see it get smaller,

and then you'll see it
actually get bigger.

It's getting closer.

It's like
changing shapes and on us.

It's turning colors.

The thing about this light,

as with other spook lights
that we've seen,

is that they...

transition in intensity
and also in color.

Not only that,
they don't stay stationary.

It makes you wonder.

It's, like, what is the source
of the power of this thing

and what could be dictating
all of these changes in its demeanor?

You'll see it in front of you. You'll see it behind you.

You'll try to pursue it,
and then it will disappear

and reappear somewhere else.

And it's almost like
constantly eluding you,

just like the stories
we hear of with the will-o'-wisp.

It seems to be intelligent
to your presence,

and it lures you further
and further and further into the woods,

down the road,

or things like that.

And a lot of people
who have followed these will-o'-wisps

end up lost, disheveled,

end up found months later

half decayed...

Like, a lot of these people
go missing forever.

Terrifying.

And though the
Saratoga Ghost Lights

have been well-documented
for years,

there is still currently
no official explanation,

which makes the local lore
all that more intriguing.

It's just weird.

It kinda look like a dude
holding a lantern looking for his head.

Does that look like
lantern light?

The story is that
there was a railroad worker who was killed,

and what we're seeing is
his ghostly presence still carrying his lantern

in the same area
that he was killed.

And like so many other
ghost lights,

there's always a good story
to go behind what it is that we're seeing.

Whether it's a ghost,
whether it's a demonic entity,

hovering lights at
the end of a long dark road

clearly just capture
our imagination.

Which is why
Terry, his friends and countless others

keep going back to Bragg Road.

My experience that night

kind of just let me know that
there are things in this world

that we still just haven't
really figured out.

We don't know
what the that is in front of us.

There's still things we have
questions for that we don't have answers to.

And there's still plenty of
things for us to discover.

It's getting big.
