Whenever you're
hearing sounds

and seeing things moving,
that's absolutely horrifying.

Did a dog
in England sniff out a ghost?

All I wanted to do
was get out of there.

A hotel in Texas
with a highly haunted occupancy.

There's an occurrence every night.

It's like a paranormal
playground.

A man in California who can summon UFOs with his mind.

Here's one of the most interesting captures.

I was taught how to utilize
my consciousness to make

contact with the phenomenon.

And even more
paranormal footage

you have to see... to believe.

Koge is a small, idyllic
town in Denmark

that dates back
to the 13th century,

where quaint cobblestone
streets are lined

with historic buildings and
a church in the center of town

harkens back to
medieval times.

So, does a place like this,
with such a deep,

rich history, provide fertile
ground for a haunting?

According to a young man
who grew up there,

it most definitely does.

And he has
the footage to prove it.

Koge, Denmark.

Magnus Madsen has
sensed paranormal activity in his home

since he was a young boy.

Such as items being moved,

things falling down,
and feeling

like he's being watched when
no one else is in the room.

Recently, he has started
leaving cameras

running round the clock in
different parts of the house,

hoping to capture
some of this activity.

And in each shot
a timer to note

how long it's been recording.

For several days,
nothing happens.

Then, one night,
while Magnus is sleeping,

keep your eyes on the frame
behind his computer

as it inexplicably... moves.

And then...

falls to the ground.

My name is Magnus, and this is my video.

This was interesting because we have that nice

ticker at the bottom that
tells us how time has passed,

so we can see
nothing's moving,

nothing's happening
in this room.

People aren't coming or going.

The wind isn't suddenly
blowing through a window.

The air conditioning
isn't turning on.

And yet, we see
this framed object just slowly

start to inch its way
to the side.

Until it drops to the ground.

And watching that happen,
knowing that this is just

a passive surveillance camera,
really, I think, lends weight

to the idea that there
is some sort of force

in that room making
that thing move.

Another day, when no one is home,

Magnus captures footage
of his dog acting strangely.

Right before a stack
of magazines...

falls off the table.

Then, a figurine turns...

and more magazines fall.

Magnus's dog is
noticeably freaked out.

Animals can always tell us
things that we can't see.

They can
sense spirits and a dog

is a great indicator of some

other kind of
paranormal activity going on.

You can see that it's reacting

to something that
we can't see.

Clearly it's disturbed,
it's upset,

and we know that this dog is
not alone in this home.

And it gets
even more intense.

After moving
out of his parents' house,

the activity continues

in Magnus' new place.

Just as he did before,
he often keeps a camera rolling.

And one night, while he is
building a dresser drawer...

...something
falls in the kitchen.

So Magnus goes to check on it.

And as he does, he sees this.

Two drawers in his dresser
pull out on their own.

This activity has to
leave you unnerved,

with this inability
to kind of relax in your own home,

knowing that you're in a house
with something you can't see

that has this power
and ability to affect objects around you.

Another night, there's a knock on his front door.

And it goes from subtle
to seemingly angry.

But, when Magnus
opens the door,

there's no one
on the other side.

What just happened?

There's a certain old wives
tale that immediately

I thought of when I saw
this particular clip.

When there's knocking
at the door, you're told not

to open it unless
you ask, "Who is it?"

And there's someone there.

Because if there's
no one there

and you open the door,
that's an invitation

for a spirit to come in.

Terrifying.

So, what could be
haunting Magnus?

The different things we're
seeing happen in this, to me,

suggest an impersonal
sort of energy.

Stuff's being manipulated,
it's being messed with,

it's inconvenient.

That says to me sort of
chaotic energy of a poltergeist,

or maybe the intentional
disruption of a spirit

who wants to be noticed.

But it doesn't necessarily
seem like really careful

or intent communication.

And even though it
can be disruptive,

and sometimes scary,
Magnus isn't wishing it away.

the challenges of owning

...a haunted hotel.

The Jefferson Hotel in Texas has a notorious reputation.

Originally built in 1851
as a cotton warehouse,

this historic building
went on to become a brothel,

then a speakeasy
during the Prohibition.

Since then, it's been
a hotel under various owners,

and has come to be known...

as one of the most haunted
hotels in the Lone Star State.

So much so that they have
a book of the dead,

where guests can log
the details of their paranormal experiences.

And there are lots of them.

Just ask the current owner,

who lives in the hotel
with his family,

and has a front row seat

to all of the
mind-blowing activity.

Jefferson, Texas.

Jeromy Jones and his family
are the current owners

and full-time residents
of the Jefferson Hotel.

My name is Jeromy
and I am the owner

of the historic
Jefferson Hotel.

I'm always
working around the hotel,

and there is
an occurrence every night.

Kids running across the hall,

or explosions of
things falling.

We get a lot of
faucets turning on.

And we'll have people wake up
in the middle of the night

hearing splashing
in the bathtub.

Open the bathroom door,
and it's bone dry.

It's like a paranormal
playground.

And people who booked rooms there, love it.

I would say 90% of our guests
are here to experience something

because, you know,
they can't do that every day.

But every so often,

their guests get more
than they bargained for.

Case in point, on this day,
Jeromy and two others

are on their way
to check out a room

that was vacated
late the previous night

by two very
freaked-out guests.

We had a guest
check out about 1:30, leaving frantically

because of an encounter they
had in the bathroom mirror.

My wife and I were downstairs,
and all of a sudden

we have this guest run out

and just drop the keys
on the front desk and they didn't say anything.

They just kept
going to the front door.

And I said,
"Hey, you guys okay?

Everything all right
with the hotel?"

They're like, "We're gonna
have to call you later.

We've got to go."

Jeromy later learns that when the couple was taking a bath

their bathroom fogged up
and a creepy message

appeared on their mirror
that read, "You must leave."

A short while later,
the message changed,

to "Get out."

They knew that they were
the only ones in the bathroom.

And so,
they freaked out, left.

They even left all of their
bathroom supplies in there

and just took off.

If I got a message
that was very clear as day

like "get out" on a mirror,

I would
probably heed that advice.

There may be something to it,

whether it's a warning from
one spirit to you, so that you

don't interact with something
else that's there.

Because I'm sure that
there's more than one

entity at the Jefferson Hotel.

We went up there
and tried to debunk it.

So we fogged up the windows.

We decided to take some
pictures in the mirror

and just try to document the
best we could what's going on.

Here are
the photographs Jeromy

and his team took once
the mirror steamed up.

And the "get out" message
is still clearly visible.

But that's not all.

We took several
different sets.

And upon reviewing them,

I noticed that there
was a fourth person.

Now, there were only
three of us in there.

So this fourth person just
showed up on the photo

out of nowhere.

That was pretty scary.

I can't tell if the face in this photo is a child

or an adult, but what I really
like about this scenario

is that they are going
to debunk something,

only to capture something
truly supernatural.

Terrifying.

But of course, the activity
occurs with or without guests

in the hotel.

Like this night,
when Jeromy is working late

while the hotel is
closed for renovations.

Nobody was in the hotel.

My wife was asleep.

We did have the kids here,
but they were asleep as well.

I got an alert on my camera.

Whenever there's
motion in the hallway

or anywhere in the hotel,

it sends me a quick clip
that says,

"Hey, there's motion.
Go check it out," basically.

Well, the thing that got me
on this particular clip

is that it tagged it
as a person.

So these cameras can
actually show,

hey, there's a person walking.

And I thought to myself,
"Is this an intruder?"

Jeromy searches
the entire hotel

but doesn't find anyone.

So he checks the footage
from the security camera.

I look at the footage
and we blew it up

on the computer,
and it was the craziest thing I've ever seen.

Watch closely.

...into Room 19.

However, it's like a big
hunchback shadow figure that

you can almost see through
and it changes form.

But the main thing
about it is that

it's coming out of the wall.

You see,
in front of Room 19's door there's not another door.

That's a wall.

And so it originated
from a wall in Room 11,

walked through the wall
and went right into Room 19.

And that isn't
the only freaky part.

Jeromy also notices that
one of the lamps inexplicably

turns off just
before the figure appears.

It's incredibly common to see
some sort of electronic or

electromagnetic interference
right before, during,

or after some sort
of paranormal manifestation.

So, knowing that that light
shuts itself off and then

we see this figure walk by,
I think compounds

our understanding that this is
something supernatural.

What I love about the
Jefferson Hotel is that

the owners are not only
open to the paranormal,

they are actively documenting
and investigating it.

Most paranormal
investigators get

a couple of hours
at a location.

But with round-the-clock
documentation,

we have something of
a paranormal laboratory here.

Which, great
as it is for capturing loads of paranormal activity,

can sometimes
be exhausting for Jeromy

and his family.

Stuff happens
so frequently, we don't get sleep around here.

I'm trying to tell myself,
"Hey, this is what I asked for.

We bought the place for this."

However, now I'm freaked out
because I feel like there's

just all these spirits
watching me now in the place that I live.

Coming up...
a walk in the park

goes from peaceful...

This way.

...to petrifying.

Whatever this thing is,
it's clearly in its own world.

As a dog owner,
taking your canine companion for a walk

is one of
life's simple pleasures.

But, you must
always be vigilant

because dogs have a way
of sensing other creatures,

like rabbits or squirrels,
and want to chase after them.

Chasing squirrels.

Which is what seemed to happen to one man

and his dog in England.

But when the dog finally
found her quarry,

it was most definitely not
a squirrel or a rabbit.

It was a ghost.

December 2016,
Leeds, England.

It's early one morning.

Nicholas Foster
is walking his dog Poppy

around Golden Acre Park,

when Poppy runs off
the trail to go after what

Nicholas thinks is a squirrel.

Where's
the little squirrels?

Get them.

Poppy sniffs around for a bit, and then suddenly freezes.

And looks towards something
moving in the distance.

Squirrels.

Moments later,
it emerges from the woods.

Come here.

Watch again as a bizarre figure materializes

from the trees and walks
towards Nick and Poppy.

Nick is stunned.

My name is Nick
and this is my video.

I saw this, this,
this figure coming towards us,

and, yeah,
it was just very eerie.

It was silent,
had like a trench coat on.

It seemed as though
it's helmet

or his headgear was glowing.

Whoever or whatever it is, doesn't acknowledge Nick

or make any noise which
freaks him out even more.

There was
quite a lot of leaves about

and I probably would
have heard it, but there was nothing.

It was just silence.

It just came out of nowhere.

My eyes were
standing up on end.

I was short of breath.

Yeah, I was quite scared,
to be honest.

All I wanted to do was get
out of there.

I kept checking
behind me to see

if this thing
was following us.

And he just
kind of like vanished.

You can see this grayish
translucent-type figure,

which looks like
an older gentleman.

It was almost as if he was
wearing some kind of,

like, a miner's hat, uh,
with a light on it.

Whatever this figure or entity
is going, it certainly doesn't

seem to be for
a walk in the park like this dog owner.

Whatever this thing is
it's clearly in its own world.

I love clips where people catch something

when they weren't
expecting to or trying to.

This guy is
videotaping his dog,

and his dog notices something.

He doesn't even notice it
at first.

His dog notices and looks
back at him for an answer.

So the dog is just as confused
as we all are looking at this.

You know, we're looking for
an explanation, so is Poppy,

and there isn't one to give.

I've showed it to friends
and family.

I mean, some of them say,
"It's just an old guy in the woods."

But for me, being there and
actually physically seeing it,

I know, yeah,
that wasn't an old guy in the woods.

Yeah, that was something
completely different.

But if not a man...
then what is it?

My dad,
he seems to think that back in World War II,

the army was stationed there
and it was a military training camp.

He is actually told me
that some people have actually

found embedded bullets
in the trees.

As soon as he said that,
I were a little bit freaked out then

because it tied them
both together.

So, yeah, really freaky.

It appears to be
wearing a long trench coat,

and we're talking about
the days of trench warfare,

so that would
certainly make sense.

And on its head
looks like a helmet.

As the form moves
along, it does seem to have a slightly

hunched-over posture,
so that would

fit within the perception
of a soldier in the woods.

Or could it
be something else entirely?

This might have nothing to do
with World War II

and he might have just seen
an extraterrestrial.

The helmet he mistook could
have been its cranium,

its skull. Something else.

Another apparatus that
this creature was wearing.

Because even though
it did seem to be sauntering,

you don't hear any sound.

And as he is walking around
and as the dog is walking around,

you hear the crunching
of the undergrowth, of the leaves,

you hear a sound.

But this? Nothing.

Whatever it is,
Nick's hoping

he doesn't come across it
ever again.

I've been back there since,

but not that
early in the morning.

The experience left me, uh,
very uneasy.

I was quite a bit frightened.

Yeah, it was an experience,
and hopefully never again.

whose close encounter
from years ago has led to a continual

back-and-forth with beings
from another world.

over the past few weeks.

April 2014,
Newport Beach, California.

Jim Martin is a UFO hunter

who has made it
his life's mission

to keep his eye on the sky,
after experiencing what can

only be described as a close
encounter of the alien kind

when he was in high school.

My name is Jim Martin

and I live
in Long Beach, California.

I was on the highway
with a couple of my buddies

when I was in high school,
and we saw a very large UFO

approach our car,
and then we proceeded to go

through a period of about
an hour of missing time

on the highway where
we just couldn't remember what happened,

and we all came back
to consciousness

and we were still
traveling on the highway without any recollection.

Since then, Jim has felt a deep connection

with the extraterrestrial,
even learning

how to communicate with them

by tapping
into his consciousness.

I was taught
how to utilize my consciousness through

thought projection
and concentrating

my intention to make
contact with the phenomenon.

On April 18th,
Jim sits on his deck

and puts that
knowledge to the test.

He focuses on the sky
and doesn't see anything

out of the ordinary, at first.

But then, something shiny
catches his eye.

I saw this object
floating through the sky,

and it had this flashing
quality emanating from it.

It was flying in a very much
fixed straight line

which would be unusual
for a conventional object.

So I got my camera, I put
the telephoto lens on it,

and I saw these
kind of miraculous, morphing qualities of this object.

And when you really slow
down the objects

and motion-track it,
you can see its shape is clearly changing.

It looks like it's tumbling, maybe it's changing shape.

Maybe we're seeing
different sides of it.

Perhaps what we're seeing is
the sparking flash

of light off uneven surfaces
as it moves or rotates,

but it was just
so compelling to watch.

And there's something else.

You can see
these random

flashes off to the side,

and there seems to
be some kind of

connection to the UFO
in these flashes.

Whether they're evidence
of some kind of opening

that their coming in
and out of,

almost this dimensional
doorway, or we're seeing

something else communicating
with them on a higher level.

Jim has his own theory.

I believe the flashing
is a function of the organism

shape-shifting, or morphing.

Two days later,

armed with an infrared camera,
Jim sets his sights

and consciousness
to the night sky again.

And before long,
he catches something

just as mind-blowing.

As you watch the object
fly through the sky,

it changes its direction
multiple times,

interweaving
between the stars.

Just the speed at which
it was going through the atmosphere

it appears this wasn't
a satellite,

or a conventional object.

It was going so fast
I could barely record it

with my camera.

Then, a mysterious light flashes into frame.

When Jim slows down
the footage, he is astonished.

If you look
at it closely,

you'll see
that this is a cigar UFO,

an elongated-type object
which enters the frame

and for only three
seconds is it visible,

then it disappears
out of the frame.

Now, where it went,
we don't know,

but I believe this was object
coming into our dimension

and then disappearing
into wherever it came from.

Then,
just four days after that,

two more
unidentified objects appear.

This time
they are flying in sync

and at an incredibly
low altitude.

Typically,
I'll see the anomalies

in the upper atmosphere.

It's rare to see an anomaly
at low range, 50 feet,

or 100 feet off the ground.

And when I put the telephoto
lens on a cluster of orbs,

you can see that it
is almost like

liquid plasma
or liquid mercury.

They seem to be morphing
and interacting with each other

as an intelligent entity.

Could it be that this
is just a natural attraction?

Some sort of magnetism or
entanglement that causes them

to come together
and form geometric shapes.

Or is it something that is
intelligent by design

and is done on purpose
for maybe thrust, maybe propulsion?

Maybe communication.

Jim doesn't know either.

But he has a theory
about some of them.

I believe many of these
UFOs are biological lifeforms.

They reside
in our upper atmosphere,

just like living
organisms in the sea,

except that you cannot
see them with the naked eye.

And the main difference
between these anomalies

and oceanic life
is that they have

the ability to change
their density at will,

which is why you see
these morphing qualities

in any of these recordings.

Incredibly,
Jim has spotted hundreds

of sky anomalies to date.

And after years of
experiencing this phenomena,

Jim feels his passion
serves a purpose.

I believe they're
working with individuals

such as myself to document
these recordings

to then share them
with the rest of the human population.

And it is my belief that
whatever is appearing to us

it has an agenda to bring
us together.

a trail cam captures a massive creature in Canada.

When hiking
through the wilderness

there is always the chance
that you'll stumble upon

the dwelling of some
kind of animal.

It could be a nest in a tree,

a burrow in the ground,

or maybe even
the entrance to a cave.

But what if you come across
a dwelling

that doesn't
seem to be man-made,

but is way too complex

for any kind
of wild animal to build?

That's what happened
to one man in Canada.

And when he discovered
what was responsible,

it blew his mind.

June 2021, Alberta, Canada.

A man named Sonny is
walking through the woods

when he comes across
a shelter

made from limbs
and branches.

It's somewhat organized,

but there is something not
quite right about it.

You can tell
that it most likely wasn't built by a human.

It really wouldn't provide
much shelter for us.

There's a lot of open space.

Yet it does seem very
deliberately constructed.

Sonny is curious,
so he sets up a trail cam

to monitor the shelter.

A week later, Sonny goes
back to retrieve his camera

and finds a tree near the
shelter has been torn apart.

What could have done this?

That certainly doesn't
look like it

was chopped down or sawed.

It really kind of looks like
it was pushed over.

But by what?

When Sonny finally reviews
the footage, he finds out.

Watch as first, a deer blocks
the camera with its head.

Then, moments later,
there in the dark you can see

what looks like
a hulking figure standing within the trees

by the shelter.

But that is nothing
compared to what was

captured during
daylight hours.

Watch closely

as a large, hairy mass
moves around the structure.

And the more we see
of this thing,

the more clear it becomes that

this is no ordinary animal.

In fact, this looks
a lot more...

like Bigfoot.

We know that Bigfoot is known
for ripping down branches,

tearing apart trees,
and things like that.

So to have seen footage
of that sort of activity,

in tandem with the footage
that we get this hulking

massive creature moving around
this same space,

that really helps to
lend credence to this particular interpretation.

Whatever it is
seems massive.

It also seems like it might be
aware that the trail cam was there

because it never
steps outside of the cover.

Just enough to see maybe
shoulders and head,

but we don't see its body,

we don't see
the rest of its form.

But just from
that small glimpse, it appears to be

very muscular
and very massive.

I do think that
we're looking at some type of a Bigfoot-type creature.

It is believed that,
just like other mammals

and bears that we have,
there's a variety of species,

and I think that could
be the same case for Bigfoot,

that we could have different
types in different locations.

And this could, in my opinion,

very well be some kind of
Sasquatch creature.

But what type?

Perhaps
the location of the sighting, in Alberta, Canada,

gives us a clue.

The indigenous people
of this area of Alberta, Canada,

actually have legends of a
forest-dwelling creature that

fall right into line with our
descriptions of Sasquatch.

And according
to Sonny, that creature is called Kiwakatan.

Which means "forest beast."

If ever
I had to describe a forest beast,

it would look just
like this thing.

But be warned.

Just because
it looks similar to Bigfoot,

doesn't mean it acts
in the same way.

The legend surrounding
this particular creature

are less happy
than the legends about his cousin Bigfoot.

Imagine Bigfoot's evil twin.

Kiwakatan is sort of
identified as something that goes after

burial plots, deceased people,
dead bodies.

It wants to eat dead,
rotting flesh.

Which is terrifying.
Absolutely.

Yes, it is.

Fortunately for Sonny,
he didn't have to come

face-to-face with this beast
to see it.

Making trail cams a wise
purchase for any would-be

cryptid hunters out there.

It's the age-old question. If a tree falls in the woods

and no one is
around to hear it,

does it make a sound?

Along that logic, if a tree is
knocked over in the woods,

and no one is around to put
a trail cam to capture it,

is it by Bigfoot?

Coming up...
a ghost town in Mexico lives up to the lore.

Situated on the edge of Mexico's second-largest city

is one of the country's most
magnificent national parks.

Built around a canyon named
Barranca de Huentitan,

it is considered to be
one of the most beautiful

places in Mexico.

And according to many...

the most haunted.

Due to the number
of hikers who have

fallen to their deaths.

According to local legend,
the spirits of those lost hikers

are believed to
shape-shift into the human form,

and lure people to jump
and suffer their same fate.

Adding to the lore,
is a ghost town that

sits at the bottom
of the canyon,

where spirits of the dead
are said to roam.

Recently, a few intrepid
friends went to check it out

and may have found themselves
being hunted by one of those

unfortunate souls.

November 2020,
Guadalajara, Mexico.

Isaak Destrovyka and his two
friends have come to explore

Barranca de Huentitan
and the abandoned village

that lies at the bottom.

They heard
that the area is haunted,

and want to see
if there's any truth to the rumors.

My name is Isaak
and this is my video.

The most famous ghost stories
there is

when people get tired
of the exercise they are doing,

they see up,
and they see there is

a long way to go
to return to the top and they start hearing voices

that say, "Just jump
and then you will be safe."

After a three-and-a-half hour descent

to the base of the canyon,

the guys walk another
hour over to the ghost town.

We filmed the whole ghost
town with two cameras.

And there was nothing weird,
nothing paranormal.

At least,
not until they're getting ready to head

back up the canyon.

Watch closely.

Did you catch that?

Watch again.

As a faceless figure,
with long dark hair appears

out at them from the doorway
behind Isaak.

Any time that I'm watching
a video of a paranormal

investigation and I know
something is coming I'm always

leaning in close, I always
have the volume cranked up.

I didn't need to be
leaning in close for this one.

This is obvious
and it is scary.

It almost behaves like
we've seen shadow figures,

which is to peek out
from around the corner of something,

then as soon as it's spotted,

to retreat
back into invisibility.

Except this isn't
a featureless shadow figure.

This has a face.

It has long, dark,
matted hair.

The first thing I could
think of was a bruja,

which is, in this culture,
they're legends of witches.

It just looks like
the archetypal, um, wicked witch.

Isaak and his friends are totally freaked out.

But they want to be
sure that what

they saw was
actually paranormal.

When someone tells me
there is a ghost, I do not run.

So I went to see if there was

actually someone
in that house.

When I went to look
for a person, there was no one.

If this was
somebody trying to play a prank on them,

if you're going to run away
quickly, you're going to make

noise on the gravel,
on the ground.

Sure enough, when they went
back to check this out,

they didn't hear
anybody moving and they didn't see anybody.

Isaak and his friends head out immediately.

Darkness is falling.

And whatever this thing is,
might still be out there.

Because
so much tragedy has happened here,

so many accidental deaths,
that perhaps something predatory,

almost like a supernatural
vulture of sorts,

has come to feed on
all the sorrow,

all the negative energy that
has accumulated here,

it seems like
a smorgasbord of negative energy for a predatory spirit.

Fortunately, they all make it back home unscathed,

relieved and grateful
for the experience.

This has been the most
dangerous paranormal adventure

I have ever heard.

But it also has been one
of the most exciting of them.

I like to feel
paranormal things,

and I'm not
scared of paranormal events.

What should you do
in the event

you witness something
paranormal?

Here are some tips to get it
all on camera.

Keep your eyes on the skies.

Never stop recording even
when you're scared.

Trust that what you
are seeing

really is otherworldly.
