A legendary entity

This thing
slowly turns around

and you see
the long, stringy hair...

And you know
that you're in trouble.

How is one woman
able to see so many...

...UFOs.

There's something
intelligent happening here.

And even more
paranormal footage you have to see...

...to believe.

There are
those who believe

that the intelligent spirits
of the dead

are around us
at all times,

and only make
themselves visible to us

for very specific reasons.

It could be
to scare you off...

...warn you of danger...

...or perhaps,
even ask for some help

moving on to the next world.

Which is what
one woman in Utah believes happened to her,

when she
caught this apparition...

Wait, I just seen
a... something.

...during a home security
camera installation.

2015,

in Ogden, Utah...

Sarah Sager, and her
then boyfriend Stacey

are helping their friend
move into a new apartment.

Stacey is alone outside,

installing a doorbell camera
by the front door.

While Sarah is inside
the apartment with her friend,

filming the feed
from the camera.

I'm
video recording him.

Wa-- Wait,
I just seen a.

Something.

Really?

All right, Stacey.
Looks goody!

Sarah spots
something strange on the monitor.

Wait, I just seen
a...something.

But quickly
moves on, thinking nothing of it.

Until months later,
when Sarah and Stacey

are relaxing together.

And the video she took
that night resurfaces.

Hi, my name is Sarah Sager
and I captured this video.

Stacey and I were on my couch
just going through my videos,

and my pictures and stuff,

and we both saw what I
had seen that night.

Wait,
I just seen a...

Something.

That's when I was like,
"Oh, my gosh! Oh, my gosh!"

Like, it was-- It was crazy.

Watch
the video again.

This time, in slow motion.

As a full-bodied figure
seems to appear behind Stacey's head,

before immediately
disappearing once again into the darkness.

Remember, Stacey
was alone outside.

I just
seen a...

Something.

You can tell from my reaction,
I honestly thought that I was seeing things.

Really?

It had been a long night,
we had helped my friend move in

to her apartment.

And that's why I just,
kind of, brushed it off,

and didn't say anything.

I'm
video recording him.

Wait!

Stacey claims
he also noticed something, at the time.

But he too, quickly,
put it out of his mind.

He was, like, "Yeah,
no, I felt something, that's why I turned around

in the video, look."

And we kept replaying it,
replaying it, replaying it.

So, it's--
It was crazy.

This is the kind
of footage I love.

Yes, it happened so fast,
and you might miss it, initially.

But when you slow it down
and take it frame by frame,

you definitely
see a figure there.

I'm
video recording him.

The apparition
was there, and then not there.

So quickly,
that I couldn't imagine

that if that were a person

they would just be able
to move out of frame in time, you know?

It's like he literally,
split second, moves the camera,

and you could
see an apparition there

and then
an apparition not there.

This is just
an unprecedented level

of specific detail
that we have here.

And I don't know
whether it's the brevity of the clip,

whether something
about the way

the camera was being twisted
or moved as it was being installed, in that moment,

is what enabled that level
of intense manifestation.

But this is not something that
gets captured very often.

Wait,
I just seen a...

Something.

Sarah had
a feeling they had caught some kind of a ghost.

So, she did some research.

When I did the search of
the home to see if anything had happened at that home,

any murders or suicides,
things like that.

That's when I did
a surrounding search of the area,

that's when those two women
pulled up

that were murdered in 2008.

She discovered
that two women had been killed

only blocks away from
her friend's apartment.

And here's the part
that really freaked her out.

Sarah believed
that one of the victims

looked exactly like
the apparition she caught

that fateful night.

I know it sounds crazy,
but I took a still photo of my video.

And I held it up
to the older woman's photo,

and it was identical.

I could not believe it.

Like I said, not only did I
capture this woman,

but to pull up her article
of her being murdered,

and to compare them
side by side was unreal.

Every time
I tell this story, I just...

It's like I'm--
I'm reliving it for the first time, you know.

It's crazy.

Two girls, in the street,
were murdered.

Do their souls
still wander the area?

Given how hard
life on the streets can sometimes be,

it's sad to think
that, in death, their spirits are still wandering.

Aimless. Lost.

Trying to reach out
to anyone for help.

Maybe this is one
of those attempts.

An attempt to say, "I'm here.

I want help.

I want to be known.
What can you do?"

Sarah thinks
that could have been what was happening.

I'm not sure,
but maybe she was wanting me to set her free.

Anybody that's
murdered in cold blood, I'm sure, is stuck,

you know, and
needs help to be released.

If that is
the case, Sarah is grateful

to have been the conduit
for something so potentially meaningful.

Wait, just seen a...

Something.

This definitely made me
a believer, 100%.

It's opened my mind so much.

And I have learned a lot--

It's amazing that
I caught the video

but to figure out
whose ghost it is,

and to be able to help release
this woman, it's beautiful.

If you're in Chicago, it's called Resurrection Mary.

In the Philippines,
it's called the Capa Rosa.

But throughout the world,
the legend is most widely known,

as the Woman in White.

A ghostly figure,
on the side of the road,

that looks innocent...

...but most definitely
is not.

Which a couple of unfortunate
police officers in Kazakhstan,

recently found out,

when they came upon this.

November, 2020.

In Khankol, Kazakhstan.

After months of rumors
about a ghost girl wandering the streets,

two police officers
are called in

to check on something.

A figure,
dressed in all white,

making its way slowly,
down a desolate road.

The officers approach
with extreme caution.

Not quite sure
what they are seeing.

They're a little freaked out.

But decide to inch
just a bit closer.

Until...

What was that?

This is terrifying.

We see headlights,
driving down the road,

which is always such
a focused vision,

that it's just begging
for some sort of jump scare.

Here, we don't even
get a jump scare,

we just get this slow approach

to a "What the hell
is that?" moment.

You see something
that's just, like, incredibly stark white

at the end of the road.

It's just
so incredibly bright.

You know how,
with shadow figures,

they talk about
the darkness of them

being, like,
blacker than night?

This is like
the exact opposite of that.

This thing
slowly turns around

and you see
the long, stringy hair.

And you know
that you're in trouble.

And
believe it or not,

sightings just like this
happen all the time.

All over the world.

There is a version
of the white lady

in every culture,
in every country.

It can mean
different things,

but generally it's
the spirit of a woman who maybe has lost a child,

or is coming
to take your children,

or is coming to seduce you,

or coming
to seduce your husband.

All in all, not a great gal.

And that anguish,

or that anger,

often is redirected
in these stories

as rage, and violence.

So, this seems to be
a very sympathetic figure to encounter,

and is, in fact,
a very dangerous figure to encounter.

But
if this is a ghost,

why would it be walking
down a road?

It's not uncommon
to experience a haunting along a road,

because a lot of accidents
happen on the roads.

And so, the spirits that have
died during those times

are probably still lingering.

Think about it.
Roads are conduits for travel

for so many people
trying to reach a destination.

Perhaps a spirit
alongside the road

is likewise on its own journey

trying to get somewhere.

Still, don't pick up
phantom hitchhikers.

Sounds
like good advice.

Especially considering
that the chances of running into one of these spirits

might be greater
than you think.

We feel like
we are not supposed to talk about things

that we don't have
scientific or rationalist explanations for.

But the truth is,
experiences like this happen,

all over the world, every day.

And we are constantly
washing over it

our own cultural
understandings and interpretations.

there are certain people
who see UFOs,

on a regular basis.

Some believe
it's because of their uncommonly open minds.

it's due to a special, psychic connection.

"It's simply because once you've seen one UFO,

your eyes off the sky."

For one woman
in Switzerland,

it may very well be
all three of these things.

The sun is about to set.

And Diana Davatkar
is filming a hillside in the distance.

Because she sees something.

A bright light.

Powerfully emanating
from deep in the woods.

Diana films for 20 minutes

as the light continues to
pop in and out of view.

At certain points,
joined by other...

...similarly radiating lights.

September 2019.

Same location.
Seemingly, same object.

Same videographer.

This time, in broad daylight.

And it happens again
in March 2020.

But on this day,

the lights begin to fly
around the hillside.

I'm gonna be honest here,
this is a pretty impressive library of clips here.

What's interesting
is some are shot at nighttime,

and some are
shot during the day,

yet the objects
that she's capturing

seem to be doing
the same sort of thing.

They-- They differ in numbers

But they are very...
Bright lights...

That, sort of, twinkle,
and fade and dim

and interact with each other.

There is something
intelligent happening here.

This isn't just swamp gas
or something else.

There's something to this.

And this isn't
the only location,

where Diana has spotted UFOs.

It's happened
in many different places...

With objects
of all shapes and sizes.

What's interesting
about Diana's case,

is the fact that she's
seen different kinds

of things in the sky.

It's not like the same UFOs
over and over again.

She's seeing
strange, rectangular, pink UFOs in the sky.

She's seeing glowing orbs
in clusters in the sky.

She is seeing, like,
hyper-wide twinkles in mountain ranges.

It's almost like every single
one that she encounters,

has its own individual
look and personality.

So, how is Diana
seeing these UFOs

so frequently?

And perhaps,
more importantly...

Why?

Certain people
are receptive

to these sorts of experiences,

and I can't say
whether that means that

the other objects,
the nocturnal lights, the flying saucers,

the glowing orbs

are drawn to these people.

But there is a, sort of,
mutual receptivity that takes place here.

So that we get
certain people

with just this multiplicity
repeated experience,

over and over again,
with different kinds of UFOs.

What I think it is, it's...

Once you look up and you see
one of these things...

Now, you're trained.

You're thinking, "I always
have to be looking up."

Always have to be
on the lookout for, another strange, uh, craft.

And those are the people
that tend to get these videos like this.

And while
Diana might not be sure exactly

why she spots
these objects so often,

she is very certain
about what she must do about it.

in South Florida.

A paranormal investigator
named Josh

and two colleagues,
Carlos and Al,

are exploring a home

that's said to have
a brutal past.

Smells so bad in here.

Hi, my name is Josh
and I filmed this video.

It never made the news.

But the locals
say that there was a family of three

that were murdered
in this house.

And we decided to go
and investigate it for ourselves.

You know, being skeptical
and all of just...

Of the stories
and stuff that you hear.

We wanted to prove that this
place was actually haunted.

Place is creepy.

The loss of any kind of life

leaves an imprint,
leave an impact.

Its energy, its potential...
That is wiped out, eliminated.

Look at these spots
on the floor.

It's like where they--
They cleaned something up.

So if we have
an entire family that met a violent death,

in the walls of this house.

The idea that that event
is so heavily imprinted,

and still very, very actively
present in that space,

is something that
actually makes sense.

And it doesn't
take long for the team

to start seeing evidence
of that presence.

Oh. The chain from the fan.

But on that night
the house was totally closed up,

there was no breeze in there.

And it's a solid foundation,
I mean, we were standing on concrete

so, nothing else
could have caused that.

I literally walked
through here, went in that room,

when I came out,
this thing was swinging.

When
the investigator walks into the room,

and sees the ceiling fan
chain swinging,

it is pretty notable.

Because a gust of wind
would not cause that kind of movement.

So what did cause it?

Josh is weirded out.

That was trippy, man.

So strange,
it smells so bad in here.

And unfortunately
for the team,

it's only going to get weirder

as the night moves on.

It is 3:00 a.m.

It's officially
a 3:00 a.m. challenge.

What the hell was that?

Shortly after the whole
chain swinging incident,

something gets thrown
across the living room.

And we were completely
startled by this,

because we were not expecting
as much activity as we are starting to get.

Something just came
flying through here, bro.

A little plastic bottle,
it just came from the corner of the room,

flew to the other corner,
right as I was coming into the room.

So, we're all kinda
freaked out and stuff.

And I accidentally
cut the camera.

Bro...

Like, it totally
caught me off-guard.

Whenever things
are being thrown, that's always very startling.

And it definitely feels
a little bit more aggressive.

I think, the longer
that they're staying in this house,

the more interactive
this entity is going to get.

Feeling super
happy over here.

Hoping to
accelerate that interactivity,

Josh, and team...

...decide to up the ante.

And...

When we do
lights out challenge,

basically, we shut
all the lights off

and we're in pitch black.

So that we can
just throw this on,

what we're hearing
and feeling around us,

rather than shadows,
and stuff that we're seeing.

Sometimes,
spirits are more comfortable

when they know
they can't be seen.

When it comes to
lights out challenges...

The removal of your
sense of sight.

That then forces
your other senses

to try to make up for it.

You're gonna listen
more carefully,

you're going to
be more hyperaware,

of the sensations
your body is feeling.

And when the lights are off...

Sometimes it can be
comforting,

but more often than not...

In an unfamiliar location,

you're afraid.

The team turns out
the lights in the empty room,

and attempts to communicate.

Can you move something?
Or make a sound?

What happens next...

Is terrifying.

Did you know
your killer?

Oh, my God!

Bro,
that was not there.

In the middle
of the once-empty room,

a giant file of refuse
has suddenly appeared.

- How did that get there?
- I don't know.

When we started
asking questions, something got angry

and it caused chaos.

Unbelievable.

You asked it
to move something. - I wanna go. I wanna go.

The fact that
it just appears in the center of the floor...

Like, how does that happen?

The closet door,
and the chairs,

all of those items
were in different parts of the house.

And for them to be
in this room, altogether, piled...

You know, that's a very,
very extreme form of poltergeist activity.

If I had to guess...

I don't think it's the spirits
of the people who were murdered there.

I think it might be
some sort of manifestation

that came from
the traumatic event itself.

Like, when those people died
this very terrible death,

that manifested, just,
some really negative energy

and that is what is
lingering in this location.

In hindsight,
Josh agrees.

We realized that
it's not just a person that's messing with us,

it's actually the entire
energy of the structure.

A lot of them cross over.

They have to be
tied to something.

So, if there is no reason
for them to be tied here,

then they pass over.

Oh, my God!

So, whatever's in this house
is a powerful energy.

It's a being of energy.

No. I'm-- I'm done.

A being of energy

that Josh and the team
decide is best left alone.

We're outside,
we're hearing noises outside,

we're gonna get out of here
as fast as possible.

For our physical safety,
we decided to leave.

I mean, it was terrifying,
but ultimately the judgement call was our safety.

when a paranormal event
took place,

something extraordinary that will last forever.

One woman in Georgia
can vouch for that.

Because one fateful morning,

her doorbell camera
recorded this.

July 2020,
in East Cobb, Georgia.

T Buckner
is reviewing footage from her doorbell camera

which has alerted her
that it captured

some sort
of movement overnight.

She assumes it was an animal.

Or a strange car.

But instead, she sees this.

Two bizarre balls of light,

seemingly dancing
with each other

in the front yard.

The two lights seem
almost synchronized.

But not quite.

The lights remain
for several minutes.

Then, they suddenly
fly off together to the right of the camera,

and don't return.

So, what did
T catch that night?

My name is T Buckner,
and the footage was caught on my doorbell camera.

When I saw the two lights,

the top one and the bottom one
were moving in tandem.

And at first I thought
it was a reflection.

Then I noticed
that the bottom one

was moving further away.

And even though
they were in tandem,

the bottom one definitely
seemed to have a mind of its own.

It was bouncing on the ground

and it rolled down
one of my neighbors' roofs,

and I just had chill bumps
all over me.

I kept thinking, "What is
a rational explanation for this?"

And it--
I was drawing a blank.

What I found
really interesting about this video

is how the two lights
definitely seem like they're

in sync with each other.

But they are not moving
in the exact same path...

So, this isn't just
a doubled reflection

of someone waving
a flashlight around.

These are two things
moving at the same time

but each on their
own different path

It was like
witnessing a dance.

Pretty recently,
I have learned from a couple of people

who are very in tuned
with the spiritual and natural world

that they witnessed fairies,
in their house, and in their garden.

And they described them as,
"not like what you would see in a movie."

You know, they're not like
tiny little people with wings.

They're little specs of light.

And so that's what
I first thought of when I saw this video.

I thought, maybe these are
two fairies, flying in the middle of the night together.

I'm left
scratching my head.

I'm not real sure
what I am looking at here.

The following afternoon

the mystery deepened
even further.

We had the lights
that one night,

and then we had--
it sounded like two people having a conversation.

Very clearly, but what
wasn't clear were the words.

And I caught them,
consecutively.

Separate conversations
like with a pause, and then another one.

And then, nothing.

They happened right around
the same time as each other.

So, it seems
just logical to me

that one maybe
had something to do with the other.

It's curious
that the voices were indecipherable to her.

She didn't know
what language it was.

We got to think about
the history of this place.

She's in Cobb, Georgia.

That was Cherokee land
at one time.

And the Cherokee
were displaced.

They were at-- The whole tribe
was moved out to Oklahoma at some point.

You can sort of imagine it,
that these are Native American spirits.

That they'd probably
not be happy spirits.

We get so
wrapped up with the idea of houses being haunted.

But there is history
that predates us, everywhere we go.

History that existed
long before any modern structure was built.

Interesting thoughts.

But T has other ideas.

My belief is that,

this sort of
occurrence happens

all the time, everywhere.

I believe that there is
a spiritual realm that co-exists alongside of us.

So, I think, because of
the advancements in technology

we're just able to
catch more things now.

We're able to see
what's been there all along.

So I don't think it was
anything more specific

than, "This is
what's going on."

And we happened to catch it.

She might have
a hotspot right in front of her house

that is some sort of peek
into the other 'verse.

And those two
dancing lights in tandem,

are two universes
working together.

And she just happens
to be able to catch them both at the same time.

And as for
what exactly the lights were that night?

T is at peace
with the mystery.

I can't label them.

I can't. I've tried.

I don't know what exists
in that spiritual realm,

so, it would just be
a wild guess on my part.

It could be anything.

But I do think
that it was special

to have seen it,
and experienced it

and kinda being part
of that moment was...

It was cool.

A rambunctious ghost
invades a man's home

in Mexico.

A spiritual retreat

can be a rejuvenating
experience.

And is a great way
to feel mentally, physically, and spiritually nourished.

But be careful.

Because opening yourself up
in a spiritual way,

means that you are
allowing things inside you.

And if you close
that door too quickly...

...you might end up
taking some of those...

...things...

...home.

That may have been the case
with one man in Mexico,

who abandoned
his spiritual retreat

a little earlier than planned.

And seems to have
gotten stuck

with an unwanted souvenir.

January 2020,
in Mexico City, Mexico.

Abiud Hernandez Alvarez
is alone in his apartment,

trying to go to sleep,

when he starts to hear
what sounds like

footsteps walking through
his apartment.

And it's freaking him out.

Abiud gets up
and looks around.

But can't find the source
of the noise.

So he starts to head back
to his room,

when suddenly...

His bedroom door
violently slams shut.

Abiud is terrified.

And unfortunately for him,

it's just the beginning.

This was caught on his
living room security camera

while he was out,
following that first night.

Watch closely.

As the back room door
swings open, on its own.

Seconds later...

The heavy punching bag
in the back room,

begins to swing...

Followed by footsteps.

And...

The chimes...

As if someone, or something,

had just walked through them.

And it's not over yet.

Finally...

After seeing the footage,
Abiud is sure of it.

Something is in here.

This is really, like,
Poltergeist Phenomenon 101.

We got things
moving on their own,

we've got,
what sounds like to me,

somebody walking around
in high heels.

We see the punching bag,

which is actually
a heavy bag.

And that's swinging
back and forth.

So that takes a lot of force.

We see the guitar
swinging on the wall,

but it only swings
in one direction

then stays where...
It stops.

Um, which is very unnatural.

Eventually, you see
things on the bookshelf move.

You see something
move out of the way

that was covering
a specific book,

and then the book gets
pulled off the shelf,

lands on the floor,

and then drags across
the floor a little bit.

Seems like the spirit
was trying to find a conduit.

Like, you can see
that it's rustling through other objects,

until it finds the wind chimes
and attaches itself to that,

and uses that as
a communication device.

And that's
exactly how Abiud interpreted the chimes.

So, in the following days,

he starts using them
to communicate with whatever is in his home.

I thought it was
really unique that he used the wind chimes

sort of as this
communication device

with whatever spirit
is in the apartment.

'Cause I feel like
a wind chime, in the middle of a room,

where there's
no sources of air, and immediately near it,

it definitely feels like
when it moves,

it's moving from something
that's not explainable.

Based on
his back and forth with the chimes,

Abiud believes he knows
how the entity entered into his home.

He had gone to Cancun
a while back, for a spiritual retreat.

But had to cut it short,
due to illness.

And he believes that
it was during this time,

that the spirit attached
itself to him.

Even though he
didn't go on this retreat, the intent was there,

the spiritual calling
from within him was there,

and it might have called out
to an energy that wanted to connect with him.

And when he
didn't give that energy the opportunity to connect,

maybe that energy
found a way to attach themselves to him

and that's why he brought
that energy home.

At this point,
Abiud doesn't feel in any imminent danger.

And now that the lines
of communication are open,

he's hoping things
continue to move along,

peacefully.

But he's gotta be careful.

I think all paranormal
is subject to skepticism.

And if something is, like...

presenting itself
as this light, airy being...

You have to ask yourself,
why is it communicating with you?

Whether it be good or bad,
or somewhere in the middle,

I wouldn't ignore it.

It's meant for you,
for some reason.

What should you
do in the event you witness something paranormal?

Here are some tips
to get it all on camera...

Be brave.

But not too brave.

Check your footage,

and then... Check it again.

Believe the legend.
