Things have been super slow at Tequila.

I've had a chance to see

Changing the music from electro to Top 40

cleared out the water drinkers
like I'd hoped.

The problem is we still haven't
been able to fill the room.

Really the last month I've just been like,

so I headed up to Myron's cabin
to do some ice fishing with the boys.

I wish that there was

and I felt like I was shaking.

I can say right now
that I wasn't impressed.

There's a lot of things
that we talked about,

that we practised that weren't
executed properly.

Butt was way out, way too hoochie.

I didn't teach her that.

I got a lot riding on her

And there's a lot of time and money,

and really hoping that she goes
the distance here.

I hope that she makes it worth it.

Just told Chunk that I'm pretty burnt out

and I'm ready for you
to kind of take over,

and it's time for me to move on.

You haven't had a vacation

I've never thought
I've been the best club owner,

but I know I've dedicated myself a lot

and haven't taken a weekend off in years.

With Simon leaving we missed a big aspect

of the socialization in the club.

that I've outlived my father

that my dad is here.

I felt like she lost
a little bit of motivation

somewhere in between our last practice

and her showing up onstage.

There was no shaky legs,
there was no mouth quivering.

My smile was actually real and natural.

I felt comfortable up there.

But there's one thing...

The first thing Mitch had to say was,

It's just one of those big no-nos
and we talked about it,

but I guess we didn't
talk about it enough.

I was totally like, confident
in myself at that point

to know that, you know what, I did good.

I'm extremely disappointed.

I feel like she lost focus
and it was representing me.

This place has been my life
for the past three years,

brought some of her friends

to the club to celebrate.

I gave it my all

and I didn't need to put in more
than I did.

I'd done it, I achieved what I needed to

going into my last night
that many people would think

this would be the last
electro banger here,

and I wanted to make sure
that I took the mic

and showed my support.

to achieve, I did it.

It was an emotional night.

Seeing all the boys DJ for me that night.

Having a lot of old staff come out,

and a lot of my customers and friends

that have supported me over the years.

The party was definitely the same vibe
and vision of when we opened.

It's good to see him happy
and smiling and the place packed.

This was a really good night.

Yeah, it's been a really good night.

We should get rid of Simon more often.

I'm gonna shut off my projectors
for the last time

and hand in my keys.

Definitely one of the hardest things
that night was to close the club

and turn the lights off one final time.

I'm more nervous than anything

'cause I think I gotta strap
back on the bar shoes

and get back in there
and try and shake things up a little bit.

I have one more massive idea
to turn this place around.

Is Blair the guy to do it with?
I'm not sure.

I think why fight
what we've done with Tequila?

I think if we were to move Tequila
to a new location,

it would give us a fresh
start with Tequila.

So we're going from a 1,000-person venue

to a 500-person venue,

which will give it the ability
to maintain a packed room.

We can fix a lot of the issues together.

I want to do this with you, Blair.

We go a lot of work to do,
but I'd love you to be part of that.
