And there's nothing

But today isn't Christmas,
it's Christmas Eve,

and this story starts at my job,

where the office is
open for the holidays.

Welcome to Stone Financial.

Our boss hates Christmas,

so we're reduced to sending
her on business lunches

so the staff can take part
in our annual gift exchange.

I'm on the lookout.

We call it boss watch.

Sad, I know.

But this is the time of year

where we all draw close together

and share in the holiday virtues

of love, respect, and patience.
