in a gallery and that we keep them

as our favorites.

stay in our portfolio for the future, right?

summarized and we do not usually select photos

that we end up liking so easily and,

in short, every year, or in a normal

wedding year, we usually only stay with 15

or 20 images, no more.

There are no more or we do not

have more good images, that is to say,

when I say good it means good, that

is, that they are interesting, that is, that

they are interesting, I mean, right?

Of course, we do take good images, but

That is why I have selected a few

images, four that Erika took last month and

face, which is where she has the greatest

weight or the greatest strength in the image,

The second image, and it may be her

favorite of last month for me, sorry, my

favorite taken by her last month, I'm talking

about this image, and the truth is that

I like it for many reasons.

One of the first, and the first is

personal, is because at that precise moment I

was taking a photo for the couple.

What does this mean?

That I was in the car, okay?

On one side of the car taking this

photo.

The grooms had asked me, look Victor, we

want you to take a photo of us,

please, with all the guests, just when we

go out newlyweds, making a toast.

I said, of course, right?

But of course, I have already told you

many times that we are a team, while

one does something, the other does something else.

If I was taking that photo for our

clients, in which I got in, as I

say, in the car, notice that that dark

area that is seen in the image is

my jacket, it is my back, that I

was, as I say, up to a door

to capture with the 20mm, all that, that

is, I mean, all the guests with the

newlyweds there.

Erika looked for life and the only possibility

she had, and she took advantage of it,

was this one, in which she captured from

behind the rear window of one of the

rear windows of the car, the reflections it

had from behind and what it had in

front, and also perfectly framed the couple with

the godfather of the wedding, just pouring the

champagne, that is, it captured that precise moment

and not only that, notice that there are

also layers on the lower left side, we

can see a lady who is the mother

of the bride, although that does not matter

so much, but a person that we have

there, with which we are playing with perspective,

with layers, with action, with moment, and the

good thing is that it is an a

priori image with a super simple reading and

at the same time complicated, I mean, it

sums everything up and has a fucking color,

also, well, the light works well, the composition,

the layers, the action, I mean, everything works

fucking well, okay?

Another action, there is another action, another photo

with a lot of force, it is this,

it is the moment of the departure also

of the boyfriends and it seems that Erika's

fucking mother was coming, I always, when I

started, for example, to teach a little bit,

that it is not necessary to teach Erika,

I always told her, the moment you stand

mean, you have to be there, you plant

I wanted, or what I told Erika, not

always told her that you have to capture

the essence of the wedding, the essence of

the people, and the force of the moment,

The last image, perhaps with less force, but

with a very interesting visual attraction, and it

is this one.

Why do I like it?

Because it is a repetition of circles, which

I have already told you, I do not

pay so much attention to the fact that

they are the circles, the hats of the

girls that can be read, and that there

is the bride, but I always focus on

the elements, on the geometric elements, on the

elements that are repeated and that create a

visual attraction, like that, circle, circle, circle, circle,

circle, and it makes this image come out,

and also, why do I like it?

at an event, something is celebrated, a wedding.

That is why those four images that I

have shown you now were my favorites, or

have been my favorites, that Erika has taken

in this last month.

edit all the weddings that we have not

done, and select them, but these were the

ones that we immediately said, those photos are

cool, they are powerful and can be interesting,

and that is why these are the four

that I wanted to transmit from Erika.

I am talking about this image, and why

do I like it?

First, because technically I think everything works, if

we talk about, for example, composition, I think

everything works perfectly, the guests, both on one

side and the other, make them redirect the

moment, or the action, or the look, sorry,

towards the couple that is right in the

center.

Speaking of composition, that sun that is just

down there, believe me, I worked a lot

to make that while the couple was dancing,

just at the end of the ceremony, I

was there, I was worried that at the

moment that all the guests were dancing, the

sun would be captured in one of those

gaps, for me that was fundamental, because the

sun gave it the balance on the left

side and also showed the viewer the moment

of the day in which it was taken.

I shit my life, it's getting ready to

ass, but hey, where was I?

I was talking about the image that I

have already lost focus of the sun, the

sun works perfectly and the sun gives us

that connotation that we are in the moment

of sunset, okay?

Also, look how well that color contrast works,

the sky above blue and below all golden,

those little things, those little dots, make the

viewer feel perfectly put inside the photo, it

attracts him, that is, to the human eye,

one of the things that attracts him the

most is to see photos or see the

sunset, it is at the end of the

day, that is why when we show photographs

on our social networks, for example, for the

moment, for example, of the sunset, they are

so visual and they are so grateful when

people or the public or customers end up

liking them, do you understand me?

That is why this image worked and it

also works, and something very very important is

that because that hand that I am marking

now does not touch the couple and the

other hand that I have on the left

does not touch the couple either.

transmits a really powerful moment, it is also

a real moment, it was not prepared as

you can imagine and that is why I

like it, it is one of those images

that today is one of my favorites from

last month, okay?

Let's go for another image of the same

wedding and it is the moment that the

bride entered, she was alone for the altar,

that is already a positive point for me

because you say, she is no longer going

with her father, she is going alone, with

which it is an attraction or it is

one more addition, the moment that raises the

branch, the bride that reminds me of the

Statue of Liberty, saying I am going for

you, it has a point that sometimes does

not finish convincing me that you need more

than a second to read the whole image,

it means that it does not have such

an easy reading but I like it for

the energy it transmits and for what it

reaches.

Another point and to draw negative points, although

this video was to talk about positive points,

close as possible and I took this image.

I don't know today if it seems interesting

attractive to me, curious and shocking to see

about to fall on the eye.

So this was one of the images that

I also wanted to share with you and

that I thought was really, I don't know

if very, very good, but at least interesting

and visually attractive.

the last image, I am talking about this

photograph in which I have a multitude of

images from the outset, but this moment in

which we see that hand, you know, it

seems super attractive to me, the one that

curiously may seem like a mistake that we

do not see the face of the couple

kissing with the confetti, with the rice, with

the flowers falling, but that's why I like

it and what I believe is that when

I took a look at it the other

day for the gallery, when I was selecting

to see that all the photos were downloaded

correctly, I went to see it and I

think that sometimes when an image is good,

it clearly stands out from the rest.

And in fact, when Erika, I showed her

a little bit of my favorites, she did

like this and said, wow, that's cool, right?

And then, after a while or a few

minutes, when she saw it again, what she

told me, the more times I see this

photo, the more attractive it seems to me.

In other words, as I have told you,

there are a multitude of images from the

outset, but that moment in which there is

that hand of the boyfriend holding the girlfriend

from behind, that everything is understood perfectly, but

at the same time it is not understood,

I mean, the obvious is joined with the

obvious and everyone understands that it is the

outset, but not in an obvious way, that

type of images, you already know that I

usually like them a lot, so these four

were those photos that I liked, you see

that from Erika's I have thrown flowers and

in some of mine I have thrown a

little bit of a little bit of pepper,
