damn wedding all year round, now suddenly it

seems that we do.

This Saturday we have a wedding, the next

day we rest, but the next day we

start having weddings, as if it were a

real season, and I don't know about you,

but this is making me damn crazy, and

I don't even know what to think, or

what to understand, or how to organize things.

The point is that in today's video I

would like to talk to you about anticipation,

but not anticipation itself, of anticipating to take

a photo in those previous moments.

No, no, I'm talking about anticipating to know

what's going to happen on the day of

the wedding, and although many times I have

told you that there is a margin for

adventure, that things arise as they arise, improvisation

in theory, but the truth, and I want

it to be clear to all of you,

is that improvisation exists in our weddings, but

there is also a very, very established script

in which we try to keep everything there,

so that everything works well, and follow that

script that we have established in our mind,

so that more or less the report comes

out as we would like it to come

out.

So let's focus on this.

First of all, I should say, that before

it starts, there may be the possibility that

you have, for example, a wedding planner or

not.

If you have it, it will help us

to know everything perfectly, how the couple is,

how they are going to organize it, what

things are going to be really special, because

the wedding planner will not be carried away

by the anxieties of the moment, and will

tell us the truth at all times.

I mean, we never get carried away by

the couple, by what the couple tells us,

because the couple is going to enlarge everything,

and sometimes what a rice output can be

happen.

talk to the maître, introduce ourselves, very politely,

It is not the first time that we

are eating something, we are in a place

and suddenly we see that the grooms are

giving themselves up, doing something, and we are

in another place because we thought that nothing

would happen.

It is good that the maître is on

the things that are going to happen at

all times.

In the same way, when the cocktail is

already a little advanced, I go again to

the maître, for example, and ask him again,
