clients, that's when we start with the album,

The first thing you have to keep in

mind, well, our methodology of work, is that

we always do the album, I mean, the

boyfriends don't choose the photos, we choose them.

This is something we always explain to them

in the interviews, which is very important, because

if not, it's very difficult for them to

see all the photos, and make a good

selection, so in the end, they're convinced, and

this makes the process of making the album

much faster, because I don't know if sometimes

it's the couples who choose the photos, but

if not, it expands a lot, right?

So we explain to them that the best

thing for their album to be perfect, is

for us to make that first selection.

As Víctor was saying, when I have those

600-700 photos, normally I already have a

pre-selection of about 100 or 80, because

that's what fits in our album, and how

I split them, how would the wedding structure

be, right?

Preparations, the church, the photos for the report,

the invitation, and then the dance.

So I make this structure, and from there,

I divide the folders, I think there are

about three for preparations, three for...

Wait a second, and how many folders are

there, for example?

Ah, in our albums right now, there are

60 folders, No, 60 pages.

60 pages, 30 folders.

And normally, something that we always tell our

boyfriends, that we only have this album, we

don't have another type of cover, we don't

have another type of lyrics, or color, or

anything.

In the end, we always try to explain

that our album is a temporary album, which

is like an author's book, where the protagonists

are the photos, and that's why each of

them has to have their own space, right?

In the end, that's what we explain a

little bit, that each photo has to breathe,

that it has to have a chromatic coherence,

the aesthetics will be broken.

what they want and what we give them.

of making the albums, what I've done is

that our variability when it comes to placing

the photos is very simple.

I've created my templates, and from my 6,

I think I have 8, what I'm doing

is, depending on each fold, I'm generating one,

but I already have my 8 templates that

I know I'm modifying, and I already have

the album.

I don't have to think too much about

how to model it, because that's what Victor

says, we have a very defined structure, and

we always do the same, and it's a

formula that works for us, and the boyfriends

like it too, and in the end it's

about speeding up time.

is very easy, and very fast, because we

just have to upload the PDFs that I

generate, we upload them, and that's it.

How is the process of how I send

the first sketch to the boyfriends so that

they give us a good look or, on

the contrary, ask us for changes?

So what we do is, as you have

seen on many occasions, both the photos and

the slide, we always insert it in Pink

Time, and Pink Time has something very good

that you can also insert the album, which

I think is called the template, it's the

workflow.

So you put the sketch of the album

and then it's very easy for them to

make the changes.

They put it on a slide, and then

in the comments they tell me to change

the aspect 30 by 28, which I like

more.

So for me it's very easy, because we

don't have to have phone calls or anything,

but through Pink Time I manage all the

changes and I send it back to them

so it doesn't take up much time.

Maybe a week or two and we already

have the changes.

The reason why she usually takes care of

this is because when I designed them I

designed them very badly, and also aesthetically I

didn't do it very well, and later the

boyfriends asked for a lot of changes, constantly,

of photos that I hadn't chosen correctly, supposedly,

but what she does.

And something that I think we've done well

now is because we study the couple a

lot and we understand what language we have

to apply in each thing.

and the album has a totally different one.

parents, and things like that.

So we have changed the visual language that

we do in each thing and that has

helped us to have fewer changes.

know that it has family photos, we never

put but I don't know, I guess it's

what they see when we show them the

examples, they never see detailed photos, and it's

something they don't even think about.

We've never put it, it's true.

In the end, what you see is what

you receive, and if they don't see it,

not going to do is put 50 family

photos, because Erika is going to tell them

that putting 50 family photos will break the

We explain that to the boyfriends, when they

make changes, I think we had a girlfriend

who wanted to put all the group photos,

and there were like 20, and we had

to explain in a very normal way, and

she understood perfectly that putting all those photos

was going to break the rhythm, and they

were going to be very small, and they

weren't going to see anything, a lot of

folds were going to be added, and in

the end, I think we added like four

more folds, but she was satisfied, and so

were we, because in the end, people are

going to keep seeing this, even if they

don't see it as much, but people are

going to keep seeing this, and that's why

we take care of it a lot, because

in the end it's our image and also

what is projected for the future couples, right?

are worried to see how our album is,

so much how the album is made, but

how you show the client that this is

the album that you have to give.

The more you show and the more the

client knows that there is only one option,

there is only one way of layout, there

is only one option in everything, your work

processes are going to reduce a lot and

conflicts, or that is the feedback that we

have had, that in the beginning we had

two albums, we had more options and everything

was more complicated.

With one, everything was easier.

selecting the album option, we don't overwhelm them

in the beginning.

paid everything when the wedding is over.

them to stay with nothing, but at the

final moment, when we have already delivered the

gallery, we tell them guys, if you stay

with an album, don't be satisfied with just

seeing the photos in digital, if in digital

you like them, with an album it will

be brutal, and at that moment I take

care of putting on the artist's scarf and

almost force the couples to stay with it.
