[Battle Through The Heaven]

[Episode 7]

That year, I asked you to kill Yao Chen with poison.

To join the Hall of Souls, you did that without hesitation.

Now, you want to kill him again.

Han Feng,

do you not care even a little bit about your master?

Since I pledged loyalty to you,

I've cared about no one else.

Besides,

Yao Chen... He disappointed me again.

He passed on the Flame Mantra to that brat Xiao Yan!

I shouldn't have trusted him.

Give me an order

and I will kill Yao Chen again

to tie up loose ends.

What is your plan?

I've figured it out.

Xiao Yan's father is imprisoned in the Misty Cloud Sect.

He went to Jianan Academy just to save his father.

Chief Yun Shan of the Misty Cloud Sect

has been cultivating in seclusion.

Elder,

if you give him a little help and do him a favor,

I believe he'll be under our control.

By then,

we can lure Xiao Yan to the Misty Cloud Sect

and force Yao Chen to show up.

Then you will get the Bone Spirit Cold Flame.

It's far more powerful than the Fallen Heart Flame.

Then do it.

Don't have any more accidents.

Otherwise, your chess piece will be useless.

Old man Yao is still very weak.

Flame Poison has been the most difficult poison.

The difficulty is that the poison enters the heart.

Do you know what is the most effective antidote to Flame Poison?

Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill?

[Elders' House]

Headmaster.

Xiao Yan?

How is your body recovering?

It's no longer a serious problem.

I have to discuss something with you.

The Fallen Heart Flame?

Yes. I conquered it.

So, on the day you entered our academy, you clamored for entry to the ranking

just to get into the tower and conquer the flame, huh?

Forgive me, Headmaster.

I did come to this academy to conquer the Fallen Heart Flame.

I didn't mean to keep it from you.

Heavenly Flames were born between Heaven and Earth

and they were ownerless.

What harm is there when you borrow it?

Thank you, Headmaster.

How's Old man Yao now?

He's still in the Storage Ring. His life is not in danger.

But he's badly injured and still in a coma.

If you need any pills, let me know.

I've checked it.

Only the Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill can heal Old man Yao.

I'm afraid such a high-grade pill

is only available in the Central Plains.

I'm sure the Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill is at Han Feng's place.

Han Feng?

When I fought Han Feng that day, he also suffered from Flame Poison.

Nearly as badly as Old man Yao.

So, he needs such pills for recovery.

What you said makes sense.

Han Feng's lair is in the Blackhorn Domain.

If you really want to go there,

I do have a favor to ask.

Go ahead, Headmaster.

When the tower was unsealed, Bai Shan disappeared without a trace.

I guess Han Feng abducted him.

Although it is a big mistake to betray the academy under the influence of others,

but he's still one of our Jianan disciples.

The academy should take responsibility.

Headmaster,

Bai Shan hated our academy because of me.

I'm somewhat involved.

So, I will bring him back.

Why are you following us?

It is my duty to protect Miss Xun'er.

I hope you'll get used to that.

Of course I'm used to it.

Exploring the Hall of Souls is also my duty.

I hope you'll understand.

I get it.

But on this mission, I call the shots.

You have to listen to me.

I also hope you can get used to that and be aware.

Miss.

I'm worried that Xiao Yan isn't sure about the location of Feng City.

Maybe...

I trust Xiao Yan.

Xun'er, let's go!

Coming!

What's wrong?

Do you stop moving forward if you can't find the way?

Here, Xun'er.

Here.

- How long has that fight been over? - For four days.

Four days and three nights, precisely.

We should wait, then.

Until when?

Until Han Feng finishes making the Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill.

This pill has a special efficacy and can't be preserved for a long time.

Han Feng is badly injured.

He has to make it immediately.

And he must take it as soon as it's finished.

It takes four days and nights to make such a pill.

When it's done, there will be strong energy fluctuations.

So, you knew from the beginning that when we arrived in the Blackhorn Domain,

we can know where Feng City is according to energy fluctuations.

There's still some time. Don't push yourself.

Let's go.

The pill is almost done. Hurry.

I said, leave me alone!

Xiao Yan conquered the Fallen Heart Flame?

Yao Chen got out of the Storage Ring and he didn't regain his Fighting Energy.

They...

must be here for my pill.

Sadly, I haven't fully recovered.

If the refining is stopped forcibly,

my old injury will inevitably be affected.

Instead of giving the pill to someone else,

I would rather...

Go. Call Bai Shan to me.

The smell of the pill is coming from ahead.

Let's go.

Bai Shan!

Stay back.

The Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill is right here.

Xiao Yan, come and get it yourself.

Wait.

This formation should have been set up by Han Feng.

Bai Shan is standing in the center. This is a trap.

Even if it's a trap, I still have to go.

Later, I'll throw the pill out. You have to catch it.

Bai Shan, here I am.

The rest of you don't move!

Bai Shan,

I know you hate me.

But Xun'er was your friend.

If you still have a conscience, don't hurt her.

Shut up!

You don't get to lecture me.

Xun'er,

back off.

Listen to him. Don't follow me.

Bai Shan,

go back to the academy with me.

Elder Su Qian will give you a fair punishment.

No.

I'm not going back.

I can never go back there.

I know you hate me for badly injuring you.

But it's not that you can't get back what you lost.

Old man Yao is the best alchemist on Douqi Continent.

He can help you regain your Fighting Energy.

You're going to help me?

You destroyed my Fighting Energy and ruined everything I had!

And now, you stand here, proudly saying you want to help me.

You make me sick.

So disgusted!

I know. If I didn't appear,

you would have been on the ranking list.

You would be the first disciple to enter Blazing Sky Qi Refining Tower.

But trust me. I never meant to fight with you for this!

You know what, Xiao Yan?

This is what I, Bai Shan, hate most about you.

You never cared about what you got at Jianan Academy.

You easily got everything

and then abandoned it quickly.

You'll never understand.

What you didn't care about...

and what you carelessly abandoned,

they were supposed to have been mine!

They should have belonged to me!

You lost your Fighting Energy, so what?

You've been talented since you were born.

For such little frustrations, you just gave up.

I...

When I was 13, I lost all my Fighting Energy...

and became a joke.

But I wasn't convinced. I didn't give in.

I've come this far after I was broken and started all over again.

Bai Shan, you can also do that.

Bai Shan.

If you still have some guts, come back to the academy with me.

When you regain your Fighting Energy,

we'll have a fair competition.

Bai Shan. Bai Shan.

Xiao Yan.

Protect our academy.

Bai Shan!

- Bai Shan. - Xun'er...

What?

Take me...

back to the academy.

Take me back.

I will. Let's go back.

Bai Shan!

Headmaster.

Elder Hao.

Bai Shan gave this to us before he died.

For his brother.

Boy, it was so silly of you.

How can I explain to your brother?

He made some mistakes before.

But in Feng City, he sacrificed himself to protect us.

He is worthy of Jianan Academy.

Nobody is perfect.

Who can't avoid making mistakes?

Knowing one's mistakes and being able to correct them is also a sign of great courage.

You know what?

Bai Shan used to say he wanted to rank first...

and be the best fighter at Jianan Academy.

Was the ranking list really that important to him?

To many of us,

this is where we grew up.

And this is our honor.

This was especially true for Bai Shan.

His brother Bai Cheng ranks third.

Bai Shan's long-cherished wish was to surpass his brother.

In this way, when others mention him,

he is not just Bai Cheng’s younger brother.

Maybe his brother only wanted him to be safe.

What did you say?

I said,

Bai Shan's brother would be proud of having him.

Has the Black Submerged Army taken care of everything in the Blackhorn Domain?

Since Han Feng escaped, that domain has been unpopulated. It's very quiet.

You can stay there for some days before you decide what to do.

Thank you for this, Xun'er.

But... I'm still worried.

Oldest Brother are you worried about Brother Xiao Yan?

The Xiao family encountered such a big change.

He must be simmering to fight Yun Shan.

I'm worried that he's too impatient and will be plotted against.

But anyway, as long as you're by his side,

when he fights someone and thinks of you,

he will know that he can't die.

Older Brother, I know what you mean.

Don't worry. I'll always be there for Xiao Yan.

Just go to the Blackhorn Domain with peace of mind.

Xiao Yan has conquered the Fallen Heart Flame.

The problem of the Xiao family is over, too.

What are you going to do?

Uncle Xiao's life and death are still uncertain.

How is the Xiao family matter settled?

Are you saying you'll go with Xiao Yan to save his father?

I grew up in his family.

Uncle Xiao treated me as his own daughter.

Before I see he's safe, I will not be relieved.

I wrote back about what happened here.

The patriarch ordered me to take you back within this month.

I have no control over this matter either.

Why did you do that?

Xun'er, you've been away from our clan for a dozen years.

Have you thought about how the patriarch spent all these years?

I get it.

When the problem of the Xiao Family is over,

I will go back with you.

Old man Yao, the Spiritual Recovery Purple Pill.

Old man Yao?

This isn't going to work.

Han Feng,

you have the guts!

Xiao Yan! Open your eyes and see who I am!

Han Feng, stop fooling me!

You have to kill your master first in front of me.

Yao Chen,

you're destined to be betrayed by your most trusted disciple.

Old man Yao.

What's wrong, Old man Yao?

Bad boy! Han Feng poisoned the medicine and made you lose your mind.

But how could you mistake me for him?

Could it be that you often curse me or blame me in your heart?

No, Old man Yao. Never. Come on.

Why do you always assume the worst about people?

Oh, I see. Because I took your Fighting Energy, huh?

Do you still hold grudges? Do you still blame me?

Why do I have such a narrow-minded disciple?

Greetings, Master. I'm your disciple from now on.

All right, then. Get up. Come on.

Master, when the Bone Spirit Cold Flame came out, I felt a little bit of a brat...

Stop it. Practice hard and show me what you can do.

You won't deserve the Bone Spirit Cold Flame until then.

Han Feng, that old thief. He tried to kill you so many times.

Once I see him again, I won't let him go!

Han Feng is hateful, but he is just a lackey bought by the Hall of Souls.

The Hall of Souls that triggered his greediness

and instigated him to kill his master is the worst enemy.

The Hall of Souls?

It was an evil organization raging across the Central Plains.

They'll do anything to get power.

They horribly sucked Fighting Energy from Fighting Practitioners and it lasted a thousand years.

Fifty years ago, their new leader Hun Miesheng emerged.

I led my sect to fight them alone in the Central Plains.

When we were about to win, Elder Mu Gu of the Hall of Souls

bribed Han Feng to kill me unexpectedly.

Mu Gu?

Well, he used to be my junior student.

But in the end, he was seduced by Hun Miesheng's evil power

and joined the Hall of Souls.

Later, my disciple worked for them, too.

Compared to those evil and terrifying techniques,

the Hall of Soul's ability to confuse people's hearts is its most terrifying aspect.

[Misty Cloud Sect]

[Yun Shan, Chief of Misty Cloud Sect]

Such a high-grade pill is very rare in Jiama Empire.

I'm quite curious.

Where did this Emperor of Pills come from?

And why did you give it to me instead of using it personally?

To be honest, Old Chief, I was commissioned.

My master asked me to bring you the pill.

I won't take credit for what I can't do.

If there are conditions, just say so.

Don't worry, Old Chief.

To you, it will bring no harm but benefit.

I just want to confirm one thing.

The patriarch of the Xiao Family in Wutan City, Xiao Zhan.

Is he here now?

What does Xiao Zhan have to do with you?

Who are you?

Elder.

Chief Yun.

Dealing with Xiao Zhan is my sect’s business.

It has nothing to do with others.

To deal with the Xiao family,

I don’t need to borrow someone else’s sword.

Chief Yun, let's join forces

and I'll help you to break through to a Fighting Ancestor.

What do you say?

In the past dozen years, there hasn't been a fighting Ancestor in Jiama Empire.

I have been in seclusion for ten years,

but haven't realized the key.

You really have a way?

Chief Yun,

this is a generous gift from the Hall of Souls to you.

What do you say, Chief Yun?

Only the Hall of Souls in this world can give you what you really want.

As long as you join forces with the Hall of Souls,

what would the little Xiao family mean to you?

The entire Jiama Empire will be yours.

Give me more and I will definitely serve the Hall of Souls.

[Xiao Zhan, Xiao Yan's father]

Green Lotus Core Flame,

go!

All right.

I'll try the Fallen Heart Flame.

Go!
