Okay, as I told you in the previous

episode, in which I told you the first

part of the pre-wedding or anniversary of

Víctor and Laura, my dear Víctor and Laura,

we were working on what was the Olympus

building, it was a black building that I

already explained to you at what points or

at what moments we were brilliant and others

perhaps that we were a little less, just

a little less.

And in today's video I would like to

talk to you about the images that we

take in the building that is right next

to it, it is the building that is

properly used for congresses.

Before we start, I should tell you that

this building has the peculiarity, as it is

said, it has a first wall that is

a typical smooth gray wall and without more,

and another wall that is a kind of

wrapping or covering or covering in which it

is a second wall that is about a

meter and a half and that has these

forms so significant.

You see that they are shapes that seem

as if they were like deformed bubbles and

that it has little circles and sometimes it

has shapes like that, they are very, very

interesting shapes and that, as I tell you,

and there comes the magic, between these two

walls, between the smooth wall and the wall

with shapes, they create different volumes, with which

we believed that this building or this location

could have a special charm to carry out

a special session.

The truth is that, as Erika, as many

of you know, is an architect and she

already recommended that we take a look at

this building because it had a lot of

potential.

It was a matter of almost a year

ago that we visited the place, but as

you know, the fucking pandemic forbade us or

did not allow us to visit it, so

we had it saved until a special occasion

arrived, as was the case of the session

that we are doing.

Well, just tell you a little bit and

we are going to go into detail.

Once we got there, the first thing that

occurred to us or the first thing that

we started working on was with the couple.

Of course, I had not had a partner

yet in this place and when we arrived,

the first thing I noticed was that the

place is huge, or the building, sorry, is

huge and the couple or the human being

compared to the building, let's say that the

human being is very, very small compared to

the size of the building, so that was

the first problem that I started having and

well, the first image that I started taking,

that is, that I started making, was simply,

well, taking advantage of me until I was

getting a better idea, was to ask Laura

to sit as she was and well, to

sit like this, that is, simply with an

arm like that, because it seemed very, very

interesting to me the games or the color

game that existed between Laura's dress with the

neutral background, with a neutral background, remember that

it was a gray-white background and all

this, so that contrast that Laura's dress had

with the background, for example, could fit very

well and as I had already explained to

you, between the two walls, between the first

wall and the other wall, they create certain

volumes and light enters in a certain way

and interesting shapes are created, so I thought

it could look good to place Víctor in

the background and Laura in the foreground, and

the second thing was to start playing with

the building as such and the first option

that I did or the first option that

I photographed was this, in which, as you

are seeing, Laura was, well, her life in

a kind of, well, a second floor and

she was like this and while Víctor was

just below.

Until there, more or less everything was normal,

until I decided to play with the building

as such, with the volumes, with the shapes

of the bubbles that had seemed so interesting

to me.

So the first thing I asked for is,

as always, something a little simpler in what

I told the couple to stand face to

face and simply kiss, right?

Of course, I would like us to analyze

for a second this image in which you

are seeing, in which the couple comes out,

for example, kissing, but I did not finish

convincing myself by the fact that, I want

you to look, everything more or less works,

the background works, the location works, the couple

works, because I have to say that it

is an incredible couple and that it was

100% with us and always said yes

to everything, but I want you to take

a look at what would be, well, Víctor's

body, right?

I mean, the groom.

You see that his face is not illuminated

by the mere fact that the light works

or the light is directed from the right

to the left.

Therefore, I do not like this image because

the light does not work on the groom's

face.

So the next step was to ask them

to turn, right?

That their faces, both Laura's and Víctor's, were

directed to the light, right?

To the right side where all the light

came from.

As you have seen, both in the previous

one and in the image that I was

showing you now, the ground is not seen.

Why?

Because I had already explained to you when

I was or when I have always been

talking about portraits or couple portraits in which

I like to hide the ground.

The moment we hide the ground, we are

not giving the viewer so many clues, so

many details of the place in which we

are photographing.

If I have chosen such a strange, such

a Martian, such a special place like this,

we will continue to be non-obvious, right?

I mean, think that if I have chosen

this location because of how special it is

for me, I am going to give or

I am going to show everything as special

as I can or all the elements or

creative resources to get an image as less

obvious or as special as possible, you understand?

That is why I always, in many of

my images, not only in this session but

in many, I usually cut or I do

not usually show the background or the ground

in which, for example, the couple is.

Once I had this and I saw that

it did not end up working, I mean,

it worked but I wanted something more.

Since it was in a place like this,

we are going to take advantage of it,

right?

So what I asked Laura to go up

to one side and to adopt a position

as if every day of the week she

went to that same place to sunbathe and

to be super relaxed.

I proposed to Víctor, I asked Víctor to

stand on the other side, okay?

What I did, I asked Víctor to stand

on top of that ladder to gain height

and to place Laura and Víctor almost at

the same height.

And simply, as an idea, I asked Víctor

to take a look at Laura and to

make him a little, well, the fool or

the madman, placing his hands, as you are

seeing, to create a certain interest.

What comes next is perhaps the most interesting

photo of the session in which I could

see that the sun was already gaining strength

and had created a fairly interesting circular shape.

And then I thought it could be interesting

to ask Víctor to be fitted, to be

placed in that circumference that had created the

second wall or the second wall or the

roof of the building, right?

So the only idea that came to me

was to ask Víctor to start jumping like

Superman and trying to fit Víctor perfectly in

one of those circles, right?

Until finally, as you are seeing, I did

it.

And so we continued working, we continued getting

the most out of this building, but the

truth is that I wanted to stop in

a couple of portraits that we made almost

at the end of the session and that

seem to me, well, in a way, interesting,

since, as you can see, this is the

first of all in which I asked Víctor

to stand near the wall and I wanted

to take advantage of that beautiful light that

came in and get a different portrait, right?

Always, or often, in the sessions that we

have as a couple, we no longer only

photograph the couple together or separately, but sometimes

we also take a photo of the couple

separately, I mean, make some portraits as such.

And in this case they were the only

photos, in fact, that we took in black

and white because it seemed interesting to me,

since the light that came in seemed like

a small spotlight that was perfectly illuminating Víctor.

Simply, as you are seeing, I asked him

to turn over there, to raise his hand

so as not to photograph such a basic

portrait and I asked him to raise his

jacket a little more, to put his fist

right here so that it could be seen,

right?

And you see that I didn't want his

mouth to be seen either, right?

It's just a part of him and that's

it.

And then I asked Laura, for not having

the same portrait with Laura on that side,

I asked her to look forward, I took

a step back and I saw that the

shape that she had drawn or that she

had of the building, this one so interesting,

made Laura fit perfectly.

A part of Laura's face is completely illuminated

and the other in the shade and that

created interest for me and I really liked

it.

So these were more or less all the

photos or the most interesting photos that we

actually took.

Simply nothing, before finishing, I would like to

thank the couple again for the patience they

had, for the confidence they have always had,

not only for giving us the opportunity to

photograph their wedding, but also for this session.

I don't entertain myself one more centimeter, one

more second, sorry, one centimeter, what a dick.
