We're two days away from the relaunch of Tequila.

We've spent six weeks restructuring, reorganizing,

changing things, changing up our music format, you know,

bringing in new staff.

We tried to fix what I saw as things that I thought...

...were making the club not as successful as it should be.

Really hope that Blair's changes are right for Tequila.

He thinks that going mainstream will be good for business,

but I'm kinda scared that it will end up destroying...

...what we've built Te quila to be.

If the relaunch doesn't work out, it kinda dominoes and wrecks everything.

And then we're kinda back at the drawing board.

It's really important we get as many people as we can...

so it's been a bit difficult dealing with them as far as getting my shares out.

I just wanna get out of it, try to leave peacefully and quickly.

It's imperative that the relaunch is successful.

I've made a lot of changes to the club,

and I just know everyone's gonna look at me if things don't work out.

He's got a lot of stress from his previous employment...

The night was off to a bumpy start. We're putting out fires left and right.

Staff have no respect for the schedule...

...making themselves drinks and ignoring our customers.

Not impressed, a 200-person pub crawl coming in on a nice classy night.

We're showcasing what we got.

Now we're gonna get a bunch of morons in here.

It's not ideal for the night.

It's a strange thing to see come through the room.

They'll be gone in an hour or 45 minutes so they won't be here very long,

but it would've been ideal not to have them.

Not impressed, this isn't what we need to showcase tonight.

We had a few issues at the start,

but nothing big enough to jeopardize the relaunch.

I don't know what happened.

Somebody got bear maced.

They were just over here and I went to break them up.

When I pulled them apart, the one guy had a can of bear mace...

...and started shooting it off.

This isn't good.

An incident like this can turn a good night into a really bad night.

What was this... deal outside?

I don't wanna finish off with everybody walking out of the club...

...seeing all these lights and cops.

They're gonna be thinking something massively,

massively bad happened.

So I'm a little choked,

and another story to tell tomorrow.

I hate to see our doormen hurt,

but this is a night that we can't afford to have ruined.

Fortunately, our staff pulled through and kept the party alive inside.

We bought some rounds, cranked up the music,

and everyone seemed to not notice what was going on.

It's been a stressful day today.

We're been crushing it out since 2 this afternoon, so...

All in all, we're really happy with it. It's a real successful relaunch.

Simon and Chunk seemed really happy with the night.

I was happy with the turnout.

However, it's easy to have one night.

It's really hard to have continual success.

So there's lots of work ahead for us.
