Episode 22

What's your problem? Do you want your brother to rot in a cell for years?

Did I tell you to take care of this?

I'm sorry.

I'm so nosy I do things even when nobody asks me to do it.

I told you I don't want to get tangled up with you.

Why do you make me tangled up with you? Why do you make me feel so sorry?

You don't have to feel sorry. I did it because I wanted to.

I don't like that.

You're giving up your life for me.

Why are you saying that? I love you so much.

You come first before my life.

I was... I was just...

There are a lot of people here.

It seems you like to be on stage.

Kim Baek Won!

Where are you going?

She sure is a detective. She runs so fast.

I'm crazy. Crazy.

I'm out of my mind!

Mister, isn't the world so beautiful?

Get yourself a coat, and have a warm winter.

- Bros, you guys look so erotic now. - What the heck are you?

Me?

I'm a man who got grabbed by the collar today.

Just keep grabbing each other by the collar!

How did you get released?

Did your sentence get reduced?

No. I got released because I was sick.

Sick?

I have cancer, and there aren't many days left before I die.

What cancer?

It started with lung cancer, and now the cancer has spread all over my body.

It's not curable anymore. I guess they don't want me to die in the cell.

When did you get released?

It's been a while.

I was going to die in a quiet place.

But Kyung Mi just crossed my mind.

Have you had the chance to meet her?

Yes. I gave her the letter, and the stuff you wanted me to give her.

She said she wouldn't visit me, right?

I knew it.

I've done so many wrong things to her.

- Is she doing all right? - Would you like to see her?

No. I don't even deserve to be her father.

What's the point of seeing her?

Kyung Mi wouldn't want to see me either.

But you're her father, and you're sick now.

Then I suppose...

Just tell me where she lives.

I'm just going to see how much she has grown up from a distance.

I'm so ashamed to see her.

- Clothing company? - Yes.

It has a cooperative relationship with my company.

Go work for that company, and get some management training.

Grandma, what can I learn at a company that has nothing to do with the fish industry?

There's a reason for it.

Because of Tae Young, our company is suffering greatly.

I can't let my family take over the position again.

And you haven't done any management.

Go there, and put up a good show.

Then it will give me a reason to give you Tae Young's position.

And Vice President Seo suggested this idea.

He suggested this idea?

Yeah. And I do agree with his idea.

When the company becomes stable, I'll call you.

Okay.

You said we're on the same boat.

But you've been planning to get rid of me behind my back?

What are you talking about?

You planned to send me to the clothing company.

I just wanted you get some experience.

I can get enough experience here.

You're worried that I will take over the company. So you're sending me away.

Don't get me wrong.

Your goal is to inherit that old woman's share, isn't it?

We can just let a professional or a dummy boss take the position. Why do you care?

No. You got me wrong.

Not only do I want her share, but I want to be the actual owner of this company.

I'm going to manage the company and control the human resources.

You're so greedy.

Are you not, Mr. Vice President?

Kim Baek Won, I'm taking you for sexual harassment and disorderly conduct.

- What? - Did you already forget?

Just now.

The thing that happened.

What did I do?

Hey, put yourself in my shoes.

If a man kisses a random woman and just runs away

you should arrest him for sexual harassment.

Am I wrong?

That's right.

You stole my cherished lips and just ran away.

That's my story.

Hey. Okay. I grabbed you by the collar.

You came too close and bumped your lips on mine. That's what happened.

Ah, so you think this is a minor lip collision?

It's a hit and run crime after all.

I think I'm having a painful aftereffect.

Maybe I should get an X-ray.

Would my insurance be able to cover this?

- You little... - Hey.

Your hand motion looks so erotic.

It's not appropriate.

Let go. Let go of me.

Shall we talk about how to settle the minor collision accident?

Why did you do it?

Did my lips look so desirable that you had to put them against yours?

What are you saying?

I mean, even if you did it on impulse

that's a crime.

It's a felony.

Hey, what I did was a light kiss.

But what you did wasn't.

I, myself, have the right because I love you.

But you pushed me away saying you didn't want to see me a few days ago.

Was it really on impulse?

I don't know. I have to go.

I have to check out a new restaurant space with my dad.

Hey, we're not done here.

I'm mentally very confused.

You said you didn't want to stay with me, not even for a second.

Did you do it because I defended your brother at court?

Hey, it's not like that.

Then what is it? Tell me. Can't you tell? Don’t you have a mouth?

I like you.

What? I think my hearing got damaged from the collision just now.

What did you say?

I like you.

Oh my. So, if you like somebody, you just kiss him?

You only say you like something if it's something you prefer.

For example, I like rice cake, I like fishcake, or I like Americano.

I love you. I love you, and I love you. Are you happy now?

Hey, not like that.

This didn't count.

Everybody, you heard her, right? She just confessed to me.

What are you doing there?

Are you guys home?

- I didn't know you were home. - Baek Won.

What did Prosecutor Seo Do Young say?

What?

We didn't do anything. I swear. We did not do anything.

I'm not lying.

What are you saying? You said you were going to thank him for defending Man Won.

By the way, what did you not do with him?

What?

Ah? Thank him? Of course, I did. I said thank you.

Baek Won, this weird-looking man came to see Dad.

He said he's a friend from prison.

A friend from prison?

Did he seem like a bad guy?

No but he looked very sick.

What brings you here?

Did you come here because you missed me?

It's cold outside, isn't it? Your face is red.

Did you eat dinner? I was about to have dinner. Let's eat together.

No. I'm okay. By the way, Chun Won...

I always get confused with her name.

Is Ha Bin not home yet?

Why are you looking for her?

Cancer?

Ha Bin's real father?

Yes. He only has two months left.

He said he's just going to see her from a distance.

I should let them meet each other.

I guess she's not home from work.

She said she won't see her dad, but let me convince her.

Can you give me her number?

No, Han Joo. Let me talk to her.

It'd be better if I talk to her.

Really? Please let them meet.

He's her father anyway.

- Are you leaving already? - Yeah.

I'm busy with the whole new restaurant thing.

I probably shouldn't go there, right?

Later. Let's give it some time.

By the way, you don't look so good. Are you skipping meals?

You take care of yourself. I'm scared about the cancer thing.

Anyway, talk Ha Bin into this please. He has nowhere to go.

Sure.

- Grandma. - Who is it?

It's me, Ha Bin.

Hey, Ha Bin.

I must've fallen asleep.

You should sleep in your room. It's not good for your health.

I will.

What are you doing here?

If I do well at the clothing company, will you let me work for Golden Group?

Yes. Of course.

It won't take that long.

I heard because of Tae Young's smuggling incident, the company is liquidating.

What are you going to do about it?

I should probably release my private property.

Are you saying you're getting rid of your share?

You can't fix the problem with the share I gave back to you?

That's not enough.

I should probably release ten percent of my share to make the company stable.

No, Grandma. Don't do it.

The stock price is so low now. It's going to be a big loss if you sell them now.

But there's no other way. I need to save the company first.

If I don't do anything about it, it will go bankrupt.

Instead of releasing them to the stock market, how about selling to someone you know?

Why? Is there a reason I have to do that?

Honestly, I'm worried about Mom.

If you release your share, Mom is going to buy them.

Mom has enough cash to buy it.

She used me to get Tae Young's share.

If things go wrong, she will be a major shareholder.

Really?

Hey, did something good happen to you?

You look so excited all day.

Every day is spring to me, you know.

Why do you look so depressed?

Because you drink all day long, your skin looks bad.

You should find a girlfriend or something.

Grandma, aren't you looking after your granddaughter a little too much?

Please take care of Tae Young too! He looks so devastated.

Looking at his face every time we eat makes me sick.

The share I told you to release...

Yes.

I'm going to sell them to the owner of TaeKwang, Mr. Oh.

- So, call him tomorrow. - What are you talking about?

Aren't you releasing them to the market?

Nope.

Mrs. Kang, Mr. Oh is such a greedy man.

He's going to offer a smaller amount of money than you would get in the market.

Why did you...

Grandma, kelp is really good for health. Try some.

Okay.

Anyway, I'm going to do that. Just letting you know.

- Why aren't you answering? - It's a telemarketer.

Eat, Grandma.

It seems you can't answer the phone right now.

Your real father is out of jail Please return my call.

- Father. - What?

Do you know which song Psy was known for before he became an international hit?

'I've been counting on you but you ruined me. I'm so screwed!'

Do you know this song?

I mean. You look like you're screwed now.

Weren't you planning to buy Grandma's share as soon as she released it?

But what's happening now?

It seems to me that Ha Bin talked Grandma into this.

You should work harder, Dad.

Did you come here to make fun of me?

No way.

I just feel bad for you.

Last time, you missed Tae Young's share. Now you're about to lose Grandma's share.

I, as your child, feel so bad for you.

I know how hard you've been working to take over this Golden Group.

Do you want my help?

What can you help me with?

I told you that woman, Jang Ha Bin is very suspicious.

Should I check her out?

Stop the nonsense. Not getting on my nerves is helping me.

I was going to help him. What's wrong with him?

Jang Ha Bin.

Honey, what do you think of this?

Don't I look sexy? I still have a good figure.

Don't you think so?

Act your age. You should read some books if you have time to buy those.

What? Oh goodness.

What is his problem?

If he can't do better in the bed, he should feel sorry for me!

He just hurt my pride.

That scared me.

Did you get the picture of my desirable lips?

Are you a pervert? Why did you send that picture?

I thought you would think about it all night long.

You can use that picture whenever you think about it.

Am I crazy? Why would I kiss the picture?

Really? If you want the real lips, I can go right now.

Stop talking about that for goodness sake.

Why? The kiss I did today was the most passionate out of other kisses I've done.

What?

Are you a player?

What?

It would be weirder if I, a healthy man, hadn't kissed at all at this age.

Was that your first kiss?

No. Heck no. I've kissed so many times.

I knew it. I got that feeling when we did it.

You were so good.

He said he had been keeping that for 14 years but he has kissed before?

He's such a player!

I don't think I can sleep tonight because my heart is pounding like crazy.

What are you talking about? He got out?

Did he come look for you?

No. Han Joo told me.

He wants to see you.

- I told you I'm never going to see him. - Your father is sick.

He can't live much longer.

Meet him. Even if you hate him, he gave you life.

If he passes away, you'll regret it forever.

No, I won't.

I'm glad he can't live much longer.

I can finally cut off the relationship with him.

If you keep acting like this, I'm going to bring him to where you are now.

Listen to me.

You little bitch. Do I look that easy to you?

Why the hell are you looking at me? I'm going to fix your personality tonight.

Are you out of your mind?

You know the murder case that happened in Seo Cho Goo, right? I know who did it.

Is it you?

Kyung Mi. Kyung Mi.

Kyung Mi.

Why did you want to see me?

You've grown up a lot.

I heard you became a lawyer.

I'm so proud of you, and thank you.

- Your father hasn't... - Who are you calling my father?

In what world does a father beat a daughter who hasn't even entered elementary school?

You're the one who burned all of my books when I said I want to study.

You're the one who ordered me to buy drinks when I was sick.

Ever since...

do you know what I've wanted to do?

Get rid of your name in my life.

And you're saying you're my father?

Kyung Mi.

Why did you show up now?

To get money out of me since I've become a lawyer?

Do you still have the strength to beat me up?

Or did you want my sympathy since you don't have much time to live?

You think I would do that?

Even an animal protects and takes care of its young.

Don't you remember what you've done to me?

I'm sorry.

You have every right to be mad at me.

I'm sorry, Kyung Mi.

I just...

wanted to see you.

Even if you don't call me Dad

I'm okay.

Grandma, I have some questions to ask about Ha Bin.

Grandma, what's wrong?

You know I lost her.

I missed her hand at the amusement park.

So, Ha Bin died. What should I do?

Grandma, what are you talking about? She came back.

- Grandma. - What?

I was just thinking about old times, you know.

Where is Ha Bin?

- Hey, give me some Nureungji. - Mom, you're eating it now.

Tae Young, before you leave, give me the report for the measures.

Grandma, I gave it to you yesterday.

Hey, do you still keep in touch with Kim Baek Won?

What?

If you still keep in touch with her, give me her phone number.

Grandma, I gave it to you.

You're right. What was I thinking?

I must've been confused with another person's number.

Is she...

Man Won, are you all right? Is everything okay?

I know it's not very warm there.

It's not like I stayed there for months.

Our family wanted to come here too, but I told them not to.

Good job.

By the way, I heard you quit being a detective.

- Who did you hear that from? - Prosecutor Seo Do Young.

Did you do that because of me?

No. Dad didn't like me doing it, and you didn't either.

I also got tired of the job.

I'm not lying.

Man Won, did you thank to Do Young?

You could get probation because of Do Young.

Yeah. I did after the decision came.

Let's go. Everyone is waiting for you.

Are you that happy?

Of course I am because I don't have to come work for a month!

It seems like you're going on vacation for a month.

Prosecutor, you got suspension for a month!

You can call it whatever you want, but fact is that I don't have to come work.

This freedom! If you're jealous of me, go make trouble.

I'm not in a mood to joke now.

I really don't understand.

You caught the escapee and the smuggler. You were about to become a hero!

Why did you have to side with a gangster and get suspension because of that?

Detective Lee, you're sad you can't work with me for a month, aren't you?

Can I assign you a project before I go?

What is it?

I personally want to dig some information on this person.

And she's someone you know.

Make me understand.

Lawyer Yoon Ha Bin.

No. She has become Jang Ha Bin now.

Her family situation is really complicated.

I want to find out about her first family.

Can you do that?

[Jang Ha Bin]

I assumed you've all been informed about me.

Within the week, give me a project proposal for a new item.

My goal is to double the sales for the first half of the year.

If you can't make that happen, the majority of you will have to leave this company.

- Is the light working well? - Yeah. It's on now.

Dad.

Man Won.

It must've been tough for you.

No.

Hey, why are you crying?

Why are you crying? You should cry only at auditions.

Hey, so is it water coming out of your eyes?

Man Won, we're all done with suffering. It's time for us to make some big money.

This really is a new start, Dad.

Man Won got out.

And our new rainbow hangs in there.

We have a lot of occasions to celebrate.

He just bet 50,000 won.

How about we bet the amount of our names. That would be so cool.

Man Won, you'll bet 10,000 won.

Baek Won, you'll be Baek Won 100 won.

And Sib Won, you'll bet Sib Won 10 won.

Then what about me?

Soo Pyo, you should write a check worth one million won.

I only have a bounced check. Do you still want a check from me?

What are you going to do, Uncle Eok Jo? How are you going to pay 100 million won?

Are you kidding me? My name is Eok Jo because I wish I could make that money.

It's not for betting!

How about this much, Chun Eok Jo?

Are you crazy?

You cute little thing.

Sure. Why not? Today is a happy day.

Are you kidding me now? That's too much!

Sure. Why not? If we put more money, we'll make more money, right?

Have a seat guys. Let's clean the table and have some beverages.

Father.

Man Won.

Why isn't she coming?

She?

The woman who got you a lawyer.

It looked like she was going to stalk you everywhere you went.

- Did she come to our house? - No. She came to the restaurant.

- What's going on between you two? - Nothing.

Just go help Baek Won.

Why did you order me to come here? Am I your puppy?

What's this? Are you trying to buy me with this?

Yoon Young Hae, my lawyer is getting prepared to sue you.

I won't give up.

Why don't you take a look after we start talking?

From now on, you have control over this company.

I finished all the projects I've started.

I'm leaving everything up to you now.

Are you kidding me now? What’s the catch?

Mr. Park Eung and I have a lot of stories between us.

He also helped me a lot.

And you're his daughter. I think I was being too greedy.

Is this true?

If you ever need my advice, call me. I'll help you as much as I can.

Yeol Won, stop eating and give out the rice cake we ordered to our neighbors.

I haven't had the rice cake yet.

- Look at Chun Soo Pyo. - Soo Pyo, you're just unbelievable.

How can you eat the rice cake after you ate so much food?

Don't talk to me while I'm eating.

Sorry, we'll open tomorrow.

Eok Jo, long time no see.

You must be Man Won.

That means, you're Yeol Won and Sib Won, right?

What are you doing here?

Dad, what is that woman doing here?

I told her to come.

Dad, have you been seeing her?

- Yeah. - Why are you seeing her?

Don't you know what she has done to you in the past?

Baek Won, why aren't you saying anything?

You were mad that woman lied at court for Dad's case.

But why aren't you saying anything now?

Sib Won, can we talk?

Yeol Won and Man Won too.

- Why? - Come on.

You must be Soo Pyo. You look healthier than before.

Yeah. Hi.

Hi.

Why did you come to somebody else's party unannounced? I can't understand.

Why? Did I say something wrong?

Eok Jo, we're going to open the restaurant tomorrow. You guys can go home now.

Yeah. Can we?

What? Dad still has feelings for her?

- Yeah. - How do you know that?

Because Dad said so.

Since when have they seen each other?

She sent him letters and visited him since he was in the prison.

And after he got out, they kept seeing each other.

Is he stupid? Did he fall in love with her because she looks vulnerable and pretty?

Men in these days.

Hey, you're the one who said the beauty is everything for women.

Hey, you think that woman and I are the same?

Are you okay with Dad seeing that woman?

Honestly, what's there to be against?

I know she's done wrong to Dad, but she was nice to us when we were young.

I liked her.

Didn't you like her?

I didn't hate her but...

Baek Won was so upset about her.

I still don't like her.

But Dad likes her so much. What can I do?

Dad has liked her for 40 years.

Really?

He has such a pure love.

He wanted to think of her as his sister, but couldn't control his feelings.

For all that time, he had to go through the pain of hiding his feelings.

I'm going to let him see her. I feel bad for him.

What do you say, Man Won?

Man Won, are you listening?

Yeah. I'm fine with that.

I kind of understand how he feels.

Are you okay?

About what?

If you had visited later, you wouldn't have had to hear all this.

I thought I should just get over with it.

We can't keep this relationship from them forever.

I'm really okay. It makes sense that the kids would hate me.

If I come visit to see them, we'll bond eventually.

Unless you push me away.

- What about your company? - I quit.

I'm jobless.

If I do the dishes and serve customers, will you feed me?

I have no one to rely on but you.

You bastard, is this why you ran home right after you left the restaurant?

If he runs that quickly, it has to be because there's food nearby.

By the way, Young Hae looks like she's been living very well.

She looked so elegant.

I can tell how she's lived her life scanning her head to toe.

She must've found an old rich man to leach off of.

With that beauty, she seduced the son of Golden Group.

What about my beauty? There's no difference between mine and hers.

If I had met some rich man, I wouldn't have been aged like this.

Do you see the wrinkles under my eyes?

I didn't get any botox or laser treatment.

All I did was work! And now I feel like a grandma.

I was beautiful once.

What's wrong with you? To me, your beauty is a national treasure.

I know that.

All she was wearing was brand named products.

It's been so long time since I wore brand named products.

I don't even remember what they look like.

Come on.

She has to wear those expensive things to look beautiful but

you look as beautiful without all those things.

Do you still I'd fall for your lies?

Hey, is there still space in your belly after all that food you had?

Because of the woman, I barely ate it.

It looks like Uncle Han Joo is into her.

What are you talking about?

Father, as you know, I'm an aspiring porn director.

I have a very good sense when it comes to relationships between men and women.

That's not a surprise to me anyway.

I saw sparks in both of their eyes.

They're into each other.

They are!

You're done already?

I couldn't find anything because of privacy laws.

- Unless someone in her family is a criminal. - Then why did you call me?

But who am I? As long as you're out trouble, I'm the nation's best detective.

I had to use your name.

You're showing off in front of me because I got suspension.

Just go wash your hair. Looking at your hair makes me nauseous.

Year of 1984.

She was registered as Kang Kyung Mi by her father named Kang Dong Pal.

Kang Kyung Mi? Look at that.

Kang Kyung Mi, Kim Chun Won, Yoon Ha Bin and Jang Ha Bin?

She disguised herself four times?

What are you muttering about?

Detective Lee, do me one more favor.

Please find some information on Kang Dong Pal.

He's probably in prison for murdering someone.

I need to see him.

What is this about?

Detective Lee, when I'm back at work, the office will be abuzz with news.

The return of a heroic prosecutor who caught a strange case of fraud.

That’s a good name.

Hi.

It's not like we haven't met before. Can't you say hello?

Ah, sorry. Hi, how are you?

I was passing by your office so, I stopped by to have tea with you.

- Are you busy? - No.

I was suspended for a month starting today.

So, you got suspended for helping with Baek Won's brother's case?

Yeah, I did.

Are you still seeing Baek Won?

Still?

We've been seeing each other.

Is there any reason I shouldn’t be seeing her?

What's the family tree going to look like if I marry her?

You were Baek Won's sister once.

If that were the case, you would be my sister-in-law.

But now you're my cousin.

Should I call you sister-in-law?

Are you planning to marry her?

Nobody knows about the future.

There are some people whose past isn't quite clear.

By the way, Sister, I heard from Grandma.

You got kidnapped when you were five-years-old and raised by a murderer.

What about it?

I'm just saying that your life is full of ups and downs.

So, you were raised by him since the age of five?

That must've been so tough for you. Almost enough to make me cry.

He drank a liquor? He shouldn't have.

[Granddaughter of Golden Group Died in Kidnapping]

Why is he carrying this?

Who are you?

What's wrong? Are you all right?

It's nothing.

Wait.

Are you Chun Won’s father?

Are you okay?

Don't you have to go to the hospital?

No. I'll get better.

Are you here to see Chun Won? Didn't you meet her yesterday?

I did.

She broke your heart, didn't she?

I'm sorry. I wasn't being a good parent.

Sir.

Ma'am. I...

Please just kill me.

I'm going to get punished.

Please forgive me, Ma'am.

It's all my fault.

The past is the past.

She will forgive you eventually.

You're her father. She won't turn her back on you.

Don't cry.

They don't look that fresh.

Then the sale will go down.

Where did you buy the fish before?

It'd be expensive because people sell fish right after they catch it.

Really?

For starters

if a customer chooses three fish out of five, let's serve assorted raw fish.

It won't be as fresh, but the distinctive taste will make up for it.

You're going to get all the money in the country!

What are you doing here?

I'm a prosecutor.

I told you not to underestimate my resourcefulness.

I hope you make a lot of money!

Thank you.

You promised to serve me sashimi, but you haven't served me any.

I have right to eat here, don't I?

The restaurant will open tomorrow. The ingredients aren't ready yet.

You don't need ingredients for sashimi. What is that swimming over there?

Let's get inside. Baek Won will serve us sashimi.

It's so cold.

They look delicious.

What do you think?

- Another part. - Another part?

It's not the best fish, but I tried to serve one with more meatiness.

Do you like it?

This isn't as good as the fish you raised in your own fish farm.

- But it's still delicious. - Is it?

Did he eat sashimi at your fish farm?

The thing is, Young Won wanted to have some, but he just followed us.

Man Won, since we have great food here, we should have some soju.

Let me fill your glass since I owe you.

Thanks.

Man Won, you must be so tired taking care of my Baek Won. She's so dull and violent.

Your body's a weapon. If you're not careful, we may get into another accident.

We may get another accident, you know.

What did you put in there? It's amazing.

Man Won, I don't think Baek Won's going to get kicked out if she gets married.

Why would I get kicked out? I have beauty, a good body, and great cooking skills.

What else do I need?

You have a bad temper.

- I have to go somewhere. - Okay.

Hey, it's really good though.

Why didn't you answer my calls? I went to the detention center, but you weren't there.

You should've told me what time you'd be getting out.

Why do I have to tell you that?

Because from today on, you're my bodyguard.

I thought I made it clear to you.

I already got punished for my sin, and there's no reason for me to work for you.

Don't you have a conscience?

I got kidnapped because of you.

What if the same thing happens to me?

It's none of my business.

Just don't call me again.

Kim Man Won. Hey, Kim Man Won!

Hey, you bastard!

I'm glad you came. I've been looking for you.

You talked the old woman into selling her share to Mr. Oh, didn't you?

You talked her into sending me away to the clothing company.

So, you're getting back at me?

Yes.

And you should play your cards right.

You said you're going to take care of it, but you didn't.

What are you talking about?

Your son and Baek Won are still seeing each other.

They are?

He even talked about marrying her in front of me.

I told you if they are together, I can't keep hiding my identity.

Do something about it right now.

You're quite rude.

Are you ordering me?

I'm not ordering you. It’s something you should've taken care of.

If you don't do your job, you'll have to give up on taking over Golden Group.

Thank you for your work. Like you said, my husband isn't capable of cheating on me.

I think I was being too sensitive.

Then is today my last day seeing you?

I guess so.

Then I won't take this.

Why not?

I got to meet you because of this, and that's enough for me.

I want to get things clear especially if it's about money.

Then, will you let me use this for you?

I'll buy you drinks.

What are you talking about now?

Why would I have a drink with you?

Where am I?

You said you wanted to drink more.

There's a bar in the basement of this building, and I think you'll love it.

Is it luxurious?

- Yes. - I love it!

It's just going to be one more shot, okay?

Don't think about doing anything crazy.

I am taken. Do you understand?

Understood.

- Let's go. - Let's go.

Slow down.

Did you

see Chun Won after she just ran away from home?

Why would I see her?

She came to your house to stay.

Let's not talk about her. I don't want to think about her.

Okay.

Hey, we're dating now, right?

What?

You weren't about to run off after kissing me, were you?

You took my lips. You need to take responsibility for this.

Why don't you ask one of the many girls you kissed to take responsibility?

Are you being jealous? That's good for your mental health.

We're going too fast, aren't we?

We haven't even held hands yet.

We've held our hands and hugged.

We can go on to the next base which is to kiss.

Starting today

we're dating, okay?

He got out a month ago?

Yes, he got released because he was sick.

There's no address for where he lives?

Well, he doesn't have any siblings nor relatives.

Nobody visited him while he was in prison the past 14 years.

Oh, before he got out, he was sending mail to one person.

Who is it?

Dad, this isn't right.

Fish at the regular market isn't very good. Fish where Man Won got it is expensive.

I think we're going to raise the price for natural sashimi.

We've been selling the same sashimi. We can't suddenly raise the price.

But we can't make a profit out of it.

There will be some cultivation of fish out there.

Then would you quit being a detective and help me with my business?

Pardon?

You promised me.

That you would raise fish in my fish farm.

Hi.

What are you doing so early in the morning?

Hi, Prosecutor. How are you?

I heard you stopped by yesterday. I didn't have the chance to say hello.

I'm not here to see you today. Mr. Kim, do you know a man named Kang Dong Pal?

Mr. Kang Dong Pal?

Hey, Kim.

Who is he?

I'm a prosecutor. You know Golden Group, don't you?

Wait. What is this about?

What does he have to do with Golden Group?

I will tell you later.

Mrs. Kang, Miss Kim Baek Won is here to see you.

- She said she made an appointment. - Yeah. Let her in.

- Hi, Mrs. Kang. - Hi.

Good to see you again.

What brings you here?

I have a favor to ask you.

You do?

What is it?

It's about the fish farm you talked about the other day.

Can I work there and buy some fish from the farm?

- Buy it? - Yes.

I will raise delicious and fresh fish.

In exchange, can I buy the fish from the farm?

You’re such a greedy girl.

Do you want to make money both ways?

Did you want to see me, Mrs. Kang?

What are you talking about? No, I didn’t.

I got a call that you wanted to see me.

Baek Won.

Say hello. This is my granddaughter.

Ha Bin.

Granddaughter?

Yes.

Everybody is here?

What are you doing here?

I'm glad you're here. You can be a witness.

Come in.

What's going on? Did you call them all here?

Who's that man?

Let me introduce him to you.

He's Kang Kyung Mi's real father, Kang Dong Pal.

You kidnapped Ha Bin?

Yes. I'm so sorry, ma'am.

She might have been alive. She might be living her life somewhere.

I am Ha Bin. Nobody can be Ha Bin.

Did something happen? He looked so depressed.

Seo Do Young is your son? I don't want Baek Won to get hurt.

I want you to stop seeing Baek Won.

Don't be weak. I'm never going to give you up, no matter what happens.
