do you remember when we were young and kids used to play that Telephone [Music] Game you'd whisper something and laugh as your words travel down the line getting twisted more and more but then we got older and the kids got meaner and the game quickly turned into something else and just became cruel gossip a way to hurt people I used to countd down the days until graduation dreaming of a life where I could leave this all behind but as it turns out it was just that a dream cuz not much has changed people are still cruel life is still unfair and eventually you learn that you can outrun someone else's words no matter how hard you try but the good news is I have changed so this time I'm not going to run I'm going to fight back with the only thing I have left the truth and the truth is there's no way to understand everything unless I start at the beginning my first week here in LA but more importantly the day I met Lindsay [Music] Patty first big audition is it that obvious but just so you know they're not super friendly here so just try not to take it personally anyway I'm Lindsay cat nice to meet you and thanks for the heads up of course so how long you been in La I just moved here last week really where from Boston Boston wow that's really far away yeah well it was time for a change apparently that's going around my roommate just told me today that she's going back to Iowa everything I've seen in my price range has been terrifying and I'm running out of options um you're going to think I sound crazy but would you like to find a place together I know we just met but we embrace that guttural animalistic side that we all possess then yes I guess it makes me look like a master but but it's a shared effort when you have students that are brave students that are vulnerable students that are willing to get in touch with their Dark Side lay themselves bare spread themselves wide open and take a walk with a master magic happens especially this one here wow Lind couldn't imagine you putting work into anything Lindsay was a stellar student she had an insatiable thirst for knowledge and she was willing to bend over backwards for her craft can I just fill that
