apparently I bent over a little bit too far in my rear pose.

Those shoulders weren't pulled back enough last year.

This year I'm gonna correct the mistake and do it perfectly.

You push your glutes out, you get some roundness there,

but it makes your waist, like, just that twist.

I'm not sure if you can see the difference but...

I think it's actually something worth doing with the turn.

Just because it makes the waist look smaller.

At times I have trouble taking Mitch seriously as a trainer.
