Original Work, Story and Character Design
Akira Toriyama (Shueisha "Jump comics")

2
00:00:26,485 --> 00:00:28,111
Hee, hee hee!

3
00:00:28,195 --> 00:00:32,658
Time to adventure!
You'll be hooked for sure!

4
00:00:33,242 --> 00:00:37,371
The Demon Realm is full of mystery

5
00:00:37,454 --> 00:00:40,415
DAIMA wonderland

6
00:00:41,500 --> 00:00:43,210
Whoopsie daisy!

7
00:00:43,293 --> 00:00:47,714
Even when your heart shrinks
And you feel low

8
00:00:47,798 --> 00:00:52,427
Dreams are everywhere
Don't worry about it

9
00:00:52,511 --> 00:00:56,181
Never give up

10
00:00:56,807 --> 00:01:02,938
Here comes a New Story

11
00:01:03,021 --> 00:01:07,192
Thousands of jabs and silly jokes

12
00:01:07,276 --> 00:01:10,237
They're waitin' for you

13
00:01:11,113 --> 00:01:18,036
Jaan! Jaka jaan!
The fanfare of courage

14
00:01:18,620 --> 00:01:25,627
No-holds-barred battles
The excitement ain't stoppin'

15
00:01:25,711 --> 00:01:32,175
Hey Shenron, grant my wish

16
00:01:32,926 --> 00:01:39,808
I wanna meet
Someone amazin' again tomorrow

17
00:01:42,144 --> 00:01:46,982
GOMAH

18
00:02:01,622 --> 00:02:03,373
Who the heck are you guys?!

19
00:02:04,124 --> 00:02:06,543
- I am…
- I'm Majin Kuu!

20
00:02:07,336 --> 00:02:10,339
Why are you introducing yourself first?

21
00:02:12,257 --> 00:02:14,843
I am Arinsu, a Glind.

22
00:02:16,803 --> 00:02:21,808
I'm Majin Duu! I love chocolate cookies!

23
00:02:24,353 --> 00:02:26,021
What's the meaning of this?

24
00:02:27,147 --> 00:02:28,899
Just what are they planning?

25
00:02:28,982 --> 00:02:31,943
Those two look like Majin Buu, don't they?

26
00:02:32,027 --> 00:02:33,027
Yeah.

27
00:02:39,660 --> 00:02:43,580
Then I'm guessin' you fought
and beat the Tamagami?

28
00:02:45,415 --> 00:02:46,750
He's the one who beat it!

29
00:02:48,001 --> 00:02:49,461
I lost to it!

30
00:02:51,588 --> 00:02:54,132
Why are you actin' so proud?

31
00:03:00,430 --> 00:03:02,724
It's been a long time, my sister.

32
00:03:02,808 --> 00:03:07,604
Well if it isn't Nahare?
It really has been a long time.

33
00:03:07,687 --> 00:03:11,691
That said,
I see you're still as short as ever.

34
00:03:11,775 --> 00:03:15,737
That's because Gomah
turned me into a child.

35
00:03:16,905 --> 00:03:19,574
As well as my friends here.

36
00:03:20,492 --> 00:03:23,703
So that's why
you're gathering the Dragon Balls.

37
00:03:24,329 --> 00:03:26,998
To restore yourselves to normal again.

38
00:03:27,999 --> 00:03:29,459
There you have it.

39
00:03:31,378 --> 00:03:34,005
Would you be willing to give us that one?

40
00:03:34,089 --> 00:03:36,842
That will allow us
to have our wish granted.

41
00:03:38,176 --> 00:03:40,721
I don't think I can let that happen.

42
00:03:40,804 --> 00:03:43,849
I have my own wish I'd like granted.

43
00:03:44,391 --> 00:03:46,685
I already know what it is.

44
00:03:46,768 --> 00:03:51,398
You want to be Supreme Demon King
just like Degesu does.

45
00:03:51,982 --> 00:03:56,778
Don't treat me like Degesu.
He lacks any sort of vision.

46
00:03:58,989 --> 00:04:05,036
What I want is a stronger,
more terrifying Demon Realm.

47
00:04:05,120 --> 00:04:07,998
One the outside world will bow down to.

48
00:04:09,374 --> 00:04:13,962
It's sad that you won't
use your genius for peace.

49
00:04:15,881 --> 00:04:18,300
A peaceful Demon Realm…

50
00:04:20,343 --> 00:04:22,679
That sounds disgusting, doesn't it?

51
00:04:25,223 --> 00:04:27,100
So, what's your plan?

52
00:04:27,684 --> 00:04:32,689
Oh? For a lower being from the outside
world you're an arrogant one, aren't you?

53
00:04:32,773 --> 00:04:33,940
What?!

54
00:04:36,610 --> 00:04:38,195
I have a proposal.

55
00:04:38,987 --> 00:04:42,866
My Majin will fight a representative
from your side one on one.

56
00:04:42,949 --> 00:04:47,537
The winner gets
to claim all three Dragon Balls.

57
00:04:48,538 --> 00:04:50,248
What do you think?

58
00:04:50,332 --> 00:04:53,710
Even though we have two
and you only have one?

59
00:04:53,794 --> 00:04:57,672
If you don't accept my terms,
I'll destroy this one.

60
00:04:58,840 --> 00:05:01,384
I won't let you have it.

61
00:05:08,391 --> 00:05:09,518
That sounds great!

62
00:05:16,066 --> 00:05:17,651
Let's fight!

63
00:05:23,949 --> 00:05:26,535
They seem pretty confident.

64
00:05:26,618 --> 00:05:28,578
It doesn't matter! I've got this!

65
00:05:28,662 --> 00:05:29,996
Hold it, Kakarot!

66
00:05:30,580 --> 00:05:34,334
Why are you the representative?!
Let's do rock paper scissors!

67
00:05:36,711 --> 00:05:41,049
Oh come on!
You just fought the last Tamagami!

68
00:05:41,132 --> 00:05:42,676
It's obviously my turn!

69
00:05:44,928 --> 00:05:46,221
Rock paper scissors!

70
00:05:46,304 --> 00:05:47,556
We're takin' turns!

71
00:05:47,639 --> 00:05:52,060
We each fought once,
so it shouldn't matter who goes next!

72
00:05:52,143 --> 00:05:54,229
If it doesn't matter, then I'll go!

73
00:05:54,312 --> 00:05:55,605
How so?!

74
00:05:56,147 --> 00:06:00,527
Oh stop your squabbling!
Turn-wise, it's Son-kun's turn!

75
00:06:02,487 --> 00:06:06,032
If you're an adult
then just let him fight, Vegeta!

76
00:06:08,994 --> 00:06:11,413
Awesome! I got this!

77
00:06:18,211 --> 00:06:19,212
- Here.
- Huh?

78
00:06:19,713 --> 00:06:21,131
Huh? What?

79
00:06:21,881 --> 00:06:24,175
Hold it! You're not fighting!

80
00:06:24,259 --> 00:06:25,259
Huh?

81
00:06:26,177 --> 00:06:28,888
But I told you. I'm pretty strong.

82
00:06:28,972 --> 00:06:31,433
"Pretty strong" won't cut it.

83
00:06:32,309 --> 00:06:33,351
Majin Duu!

84
00:06:38,481 --> 00:06:39,941
Go and fight!

85
00:07:21,566 --> 00:07:24,444
Duu! Here I go!

86
00:09:48,421 --> 00:09:51,007
Goku-san really is amazing.

87
00:09:51,091 --> 00:09:53,301
That Majin is pretty powerful, too.

88
00:10:26,835 --> 00:10:27,835
Huh?

89
00:11:01,327 --> 00:11:03,830
Sorry to interrupt you.

90
00:11:03,913 --> 00:11:07,167
I was wondering what that commotion was.

91
00:11:07,750 --> 00:11:09,794
It can't be!

92
00:11:09,878 --> 00:11:10,879
Gomah?!

93
00:11:10,962 --> 00:11:12,172
It's Gomah!

94
00:11:13,214 --> 00:11:14,215
Gomah?

95
00:11:15,049 --> 00:11:16,301
So you're Gomah?!

96
00:11:16,926 --> 00:11:23,099
That's right! I am the Supreme Demon King,
King Gomah!

97
00:11:25,768 --> 00:11:27,604
Th-The Third Eye!

98
00:11:29,063 --> 00:11:30,857
Th-That's impossible!

99
00:11:30,940 --> 00:11:32,567
Th-That's…

100
00:11:37,447 --> 00:11:40,575
The Tertian Oculus!

101
00:11:40,658 --> 00:11:42,702
What's the Tertian Oculus?

102
00:11:42,785 --> 00:11:47,665
It's a terrifying legendary item
called the Evil Third Eye.

103
00:11:50,084 --> 00:11:54,005
It's said whoever wears the Eye
gains unparalleled power

104
00:11:54,088 --> 00:11:56,966
and can reign as a sovereign.

105
00:12:09,437 --> 00:12:14,525
But I heard it was lost
during Supreme Demon King Abura's age.

106
00:12:16,778 --> 00:12:19,447
So how did he find it?

107
00:12:20,573 --> 00:12:21,573
Oh.

108
00:12:21,991 --> 00:12:24,410
Thank you for your kind explanation.

109
00:12:24,494 --> 00:12:29,791
I suppose you all understand
the true threat I pose now in my rebirth.

110
00:12:33,336 --> 00:12:38,758
Hey, that Tertian Oculus of his…
Isn't it similar to the eye on your belt?

111
00:12:39,384 --> 00:12:40,384
Huh?

112
00:12:42,470 --> 00:12:44,138
Where's your belt?

113
00:12:45,139 --> 00:12:47,725
Who cares about that?

114
00:12:47,809 --> 00:12:51,104
One eyeball is just like the next.

115
00:12:53,898 --> 00:12:56,693
So what now?! Are you gonna fight us?!

116
00:12:57,402 --> 00:12:59,070
Of course I am!

117
00:13:04,450 --> 00:13:08,705
I'd like to try out this power
that I've obtained!

118
00:13:10,665 --> 00:13:13,626
I'll prepare a special ring for us!

119
00:14:33,081 --> 00:14:36,542
If you really want to try out your power
then I'm game!

120
00:14:36,626 --> 00:14:38,127
Wait! Vegeta!

121
00:14:53,810 --> 00:14:54,936
Crud!

122
00:15:01,692 --> 00:15:04,737
Stop! Don't destroy any more!

123
00:15:06,823 --> 00:15:08,699
Curses!

124
00:15:15,331 --> 00:15:16,332
This guy…!

125
00:15:36,102 --> 00:15:38,521
Hey! Let's all go together!

126
00:15:39,105 --> 00:15:40,857
Right! Got it!

127
00:15:40,940 --> 00:15:42,150
Let's go!

128
00:15:44,777 --> 00:15:45,945
Hold this for me.

129
00:15:52,243 --> 00:15:55,830
It's not like Son-kun
to suggest everyone fight.

130
00:15:55,913 --> 00:15:59,834
The enemy they face
is just that overwhelming.

131
00:16:35,828 --> 00:16:37,455
Goku-san and the others…!

132
00:16:37,538 --> 00:16:40,791
Is that the power of the Third Eye?

133
00:16:40,875 --> 00:16:45,213
Hey! You're strong, aren't you?!
Go help them!

134
00:16:45,296 --> 00:16:46,296
Huh?

135
00:16:57,600 --> 00:16:58,684
You two.

136
00:17:02,063 --> 00:17:03,063
Go fight.

137
00:17:03,105 --> 00:17:04,649
Now you're talking!

138
00:17:04,732 --> 00:17:05,942
Thanks!

139
00:17:09,779 --> 00:17:11,239
Let's go, too!

140
00:17:11,322 --> 00:17:14,367
Hey! Take me with you guys!

141
00:17:26,837 --> 00:17:27,838
Huh?

142
00:17:38,140 --> 00:17:39,517
Huh? Huh?

143
00:17:45,898 --> 00:17:47,650
I… I understand.

144
00:21:09,435 --> 00:21:13,814
K-Kakarot. Those Bugs…
Have you got any more?

145
00:21:15,357 --> 00:21:16,525
Hold on!

146
00:21:17,151 --> 00:21:19,069
Huh?! They're gone!

147
00:21:19,153 --> 00:21:20,863
B-Blast it!

148
00:21:51,602 --> 00:21:53,103
I guess I ain't got a choice!

149
00:22:02,363 --> 00:22:03,989
Wh-What?!

150
00:22:42,695 --> 00:22:44,613
Holding out my hand

151
00:22:46,365 --> 00:22:48,284
Up to the sky

152
00:22:50,160 --> 00:22:52,705
The moment is ours

153
00:22:53,330 --> 00:22:56,750
Make a miracle happen

154
00:22:56,834 --> 00:23:03,007
Like a bird with open wings we fly

155
00:23:03,090 --> 00:23:06,844
Picking up

156
00:23:06,927 --> 00:23:10,222
Those pieces of hope

157
00:23:11,265 --> 00:23:17,187
There's no giving up

158
00:23:17,771 --> 00:23:22,026
Go as far as we can

159
00:23:22,109 --> 00:23:25,654
I got you by my side

160
00:23:25,738 --> 00:23:28,741
Run, run, run

161
00:23:28,824 --> 00:23:32,328
Over the mountain we go

162
00:23:32,411 --> 00:23:36,165
I hear it always
Your voice in my heart

163
00:23:36,248 --> 00:23:40,586
"You know that we're never alone"

164
00:23:41,629 --> 00:23:46,550
AWAKENING
