sent on the expedition of a lifetime.

Me, a very real TV person,
enlisted by Doc Brown...

...a very fictional
movie person,

to track down the Back to the
Future DeLorean time machine

seen in this newspaper
from the very near future.

- Hey, is that me?
- Yes, that's you!

And Michael J. Fox?

I know. Crazy.

This is bananas.

Apparently, the future depends on
us getting this car to Michael J. Fox

to benefit his foundation.

Find this handsome older man,

find the car
and get it to Michael.

Naturally, we assumed the car we were
looking for was the one used in the movie.

But according to Back to the
Future co-creator Bob Gale.

There were actually seven
DeLoreans used throughout the trilogy.

- Seven cars?
- Seven. Absolutely.

Okay.

One by one,
we tracked them all down...

It's the Old West car
from the third movie!

Oh, crap.

Something's wrong!

...as well as some very cool
original items from the movies...

- [gasps] The prom dress!
- Yes!

The letter! This letter
saved your life, Chris.

The one and only
Brain Wave Analyzer.

[Josh] Get the hell out of here!

...no thanks to Christopher Lloyd
who kept only one thing from the shoot.

You're telling me you were in the
most iconic film franchise of all time

and all you kept
was that lousy shirt?

Eventually, we discovered that the car in
the photo isn't one of the original seven.

In fact, it doesn't exist.

- We have to build it ourselves!
- Oh!

First, we had to find
a stock DeLorean,

which was a dicey proposition,
to say the least.

I named my pet rat "Doc".

But, uh, successful.

I don't wanna know, do I?

- You most certainly do not.
- Okay.

Now we have a DeLorean, but
what we need is a time machine.

So we've teamed up with
time-machine expert Danny Botkin.

You are the DeLorean guy!

- Yes, I am.
- All right.

...and legendary special-effects
supervisor Kevin Pike.

This guy know something
about building time machines?

He should.
He built the original.

...to construct the most authentic
DeLorean time machine possible.

No cutting corners.
It has to be immaculate.

My team has assembled.

Now, let's get to work.

[theme music playing]

I'm Josh Gates, and this is
Expedition Back to the Future.

So my mission is clear.

Now, the plan.

We have no time to waste.

So Danny and his team are
starting the transformation at his shop.

But he's only going
to get so far

because there are some
key parts this project needs

and, luckily, finding things
is kind of my jam.

The car in the newspaper
is still disappearing,

and it's up to me
to change the tide.

Actually, it's up to me
and my new best friend.

- Hey, wanna hear my Doc Brown impression?
- [Chris] No.

- [imitates Doc Brown] Marty!
- Oi!

If you're gonna do it, do it.

- Marty!
- Marty!

- Marty!
- Marty!

It's like he's way out there,
small guy on the horizon.

[Josh] Marty!

[yelling] Marty!

[yelling] Marty!

[both yelling] Marty!

- What do you think?
- You'll never get it.

And if this was just
a normal car build,

we'd just go down
to the car parts store.

But we are building
a time machine.

And last time I checked, there is
no local store to get those parts.

But according to Kevin Pike,
there just might be.

- [Josh] This place is crazy.
- I know.

- Hey, man. How are you?
- Hey, great to see you guys. Thanks for coming.

We've got some work to do.

This is where
we're gonna start to find

some of the parts that we need
that we talked about.

- Uh-huh.
- Where are we? What is this?

This is the famous Apex Surplus,

where all the builders
of props and effects guys

came to get all the stuff
that they need

to do what they need
for the sets.

First time I remember
coming here was 1976,

and we loaded up everything
that we though we might need,

and we went to location
in Mobile, Alabama

to do Close Encounters
of the Third Kind.

Wow. A movie that has a ton of
techno-gizmo-blinky-light kind of stuff in it.

- And a big sign that has to tell the story.
- Right.

So that big sign, the big communicator
sign was built from parts here?

- Definitely.
- Wow, that's incredible.

So if you need some sort
of gizmo, this is your spot.

This is where we came
to get the gizmos

that we needed to build
a DeLorean time machine.

So this place is kind
of a studio secret?

It's not a secret
to the studios,

but it's a secret to a lot of people that
wonder where these things came from.

Right.

[Josh] I mean,
just look at this place.

Apex Surplus has been in
operation for nearly half a century.

A family-owned business,
founded by William Slater

who used to drive around L.A.

picking up scrap metal
and surplus goods

from Lockheed, Webber Aircraft
and Boeing,

just to name a few.

It all began
as an electronics junkyard,

and morphed over the years to become
the number one resource for prop masters

looking to build unique
contraptions for TV and film.

Not only did they provide Kevin
Pike with the resources he needed

to build the time machine
from Back to the Future,

but they have been instrumental in
the making of a ton of blockbusters.

Air Force One, Bladerunner,
Ghostbusters, The Matrix, Titanic.

Crazy to think that all of this stuff
could help create so much movie magic.

So you know
what we're looking for?

I know the car.
I know the parts.

And I know where we got 'em.

And hopefully,
we can find them here.

- Okay, so...
- All right.

The hunt begins.

Our parts list is extensive.

And quite honestly, super weird.

We're not looking for normal, custom
car stuff like a set of Foose rims.

Our list includes
parts like flux boxes

smoke units
and plutonium gauges.

Shh. Don't tell the Libyans.

If you need a missile,
I found 'em.

But our biggest-ticket item...

Well, all Kevin said is we need to find a
few very rare parts for the flux capacitor.

Now, he didn't tell me
what those parts are,

but he did tell me
we need to find them.

Hey, Kevin, did the DeLorean
have a flamethrower?

[Kevin] No!

Wow, this place is big.

- Josh!
- Yeah!

Where are you?

Uh, I don't know, where are you?

I don't know. Aisle B.

Aisle B?

Chris? Chris, what do you see?

Stuff!

Okay, I think
I know where that is.

Well, so far,
my team is striking out.

[grunts]

I just hope Danny and his team

are having better luck
back at the garage.

[rock music playing]

[machine beeping]

[gasps] My dad's laptop.

Amazing.

Wow, what is this?

Ancient.

Hey, Chris, I found
your answering machine.

Ah!

Josh!

[Kevin] Gentlemen,
join me inside.

There's an inside?

I've got so many
stories to tell.

- What happened? You okay?
- Oh, yeah, I'm okay

All right,
now we're getting down to it.

It is absolutely time
to get serious.

Because... [gasps]

This looks awesome!

[instrumental music playing]

Global thermonuclear war.

- [computer] Ten, nine, eight...
- Uh-oh.

- Booster.
- Check.

- Preflight.
- Check.

Chris, I'm gonna need you to
press every single button in this room.

- Fuel systems.
- Check

- Gyro.
- [grunts]

I hope none of this
is hooked up to anything.

Okay, Chris, I need
a go/no-go for launch.

- Ready?
- Yeah, yeah

Ooh. Chris, this thing's in
Russian and it's counting down.

Let me just...
Oh, it's going faster now.

- Okay, let's do this.
- Check!

We are go for launch, people.
This is not a drill.

- Go, go.
- This is what we trained for.

[Chris] Brace yourselves!

- Chris, what are we doing here again?
- I don't... [grunts]

- Oh, time machine!
- Right!

- Sorry, okay, let's... let's... We got a mission. Come on.
- Yeah.

All right, team.
Let's go shopping.

- Right here. This is ribbon wire.
- Yeah.

Every one of these can connect
to all the digital readouts

that are on the circuit boards
on the dash

- How much of that do we need?
- All of that

- The whole spool?
- Well...

You don't wanna have less.

All right, all right,
I got it. One spool.

Remember all the wires
that they clumped together

and ran along
the outside for decoration?

- Yes!
- All across the dashboard?

We want the thick kind,
in plenty of colors.

I got white,
I got blue, here's red.

- Are there carts around here?
- If you can find purple, we need that.

- Purple!
- Oh, my gosh, look

This is the emergency light
that's on the interior.

It's in almost every shot
that we do.

It never lights up.
There's no story point to it.

But everybody has to have these.

And the ones that they can't
find, they make from scratch.

And that's the unit?

- This is the one you need.
- Amazing. Okay, great.

- I didn't even know this was in the car.
- Yeah

Oh, right here.

Here it is.
We need one of these.

This goes right behind
the passenger seat,

- on the back bulkhead, we took the windshield out.
- Right.

It was back there
and we put that on it.

It never blew anything, but...
This is a copy.

And this is in reality, just
some sort of industrial blower?

It is.

I love that I'm learning
that this whole car

is just made up
of crazy spare parts.

It was art, made by a crazy guy.

We always had to get reminded,
"Keep it homemade.",

As Doc Brown made it.

- [Josh] That's right.
- [Kevon] And that goes on.

[Josh] Turns out
you're a genius.

- Was I?
- Yeah, amazing.

Like many
Back to the Future fans,

I've been collecting
memorabilia for quite some time.

I'm Steven McGuigan,
and this is my collection.

One thing in particular that I'm most
proud of, I purchased a DeLorean in 2015

and this year, finally finished
converting it to a time machine replica.

I've spent the past few years
designing and building parts from scratch,

purchasing original
pieces online,

or replica pieces from other
time-machine builders.

Like most conversions,
it's not 100% screen-accurate,

but this one
is completely reversible.

And as Doc says, "Your future hasn't
been written yet, so make it a good one."

And maybe I'll see you
in the future.

[dramatic music playing]

[Kevin] What's next?

- You tell me.
- Score.

Looks like a fire extinguisher.

It was a container that was supposed
to dispense some of the fire on the car.

It goes behind the
driver's seat. That's a score.

The meters for the dash.

We need the Roentgen
meter that goes

right on where the dash
compartment would normally go.

[Josh] Right.

[Kevin] And then the other
meter goes beside it on the dash.

These I recognize.

- We need those, those are good.
- That's awesome.

- Okay, look at that.
- Crazy.

Okay, this is more
than a bit surreal.

This is like being at the supermarket
but instead of buying groceries,

I'm buying surplus electronic
parts identical to those

used to create the original
DeLorean time machine

in the place where
they were originally found

with the guy
who built the original.

[Josh Gates] In other words,

this is the coolest shopping
spree I have ever been on.

[John gasps]

[Kevin Pike] I know you know
what this is.

- I know what that is.
- I do know what this is.

Here you go.

This is the switch that
turns on the time circuits.

[Kevin] The one that
Michael did by mistake.

Right, he hits it
with his elbow.

Got him in trouble.

You're telling me
the thing that turns on

the time circuits is
a three-in-one battery brush?

[Kevin] It had to be big
and it had to be smooth,

so we glued the caps on
and then sprayed it black

and it was nice and easy
for him to hit.

[Josh] But inside, the whole
time, are just battery brushes.

Shh.

I love that the thing that turns
on the time machine costs $3.

The mother of inventions.

Wow!

[Josh] I'm learning so much today
about time machine construction

Hey, hey, hey.

Look at this.

- Oh, get out of town.
- There it is.

This...

Is what you need,
right on your dash,

to put in the time
of where you wanna go.

Here we go. November 5, 1955.

And then one of these, right?

Yes. You do it right,
it'll disappear.

- Doesn't work. It's not plugged in.
- Oh.

[Josh] Okay, our cart is full,

but we're still missing
one last treasure.

The flux capacitor.

It's the heart and soul
of the time machine.

That's what
makes time travel possible!

Exactly.

[Josh] And no matter what
Danny does to outfit the DeLorean,

Without a working
flux capacitor,

we don't have a time machine.
It is that simple.

- Hey, excuse me.
- Yes?

Do you have any Torr
high voltage relays?

I have the T8T's

We want the TVS-1's.

Those are nearly impossible
to find anymore.

[man] But we might have some
in the back. Hold on a second.

- I need three of them.
- Okay.

Thanks.

Okay, so, what are those?

Those are the essential parts
of the flux capacitor.

- [Josh] Oh, the three tubes.
- [Chris] Ah.

[Kevin] That's the holy grail,
right there.

It's just so beautiful.

And their styling,
they have the electrodes,

they look like
they focused the energy.

And what were they originally?

[Kevin] They're aircraft relays of
some kind and they're hard to find.

[Josh] They don't
make them anymore?

They don't make them
and they're often broken.

Okay. All right, well,
fingers crossed.

All right, you guys are in luck.

- [Josh] You got them?
- [man] I got three of them.

[Josh chuckling]

I got that, Chris.
Let me carry those. Okay.

-Thank you very much
-[man] There you go.

- Okay.
- Okay.

- Unbelievable.
- We're lucky.

All right, let's checkout,
I'm just gonna cradle these.

- Okay.
- For the rest of your life.

[laughs]For the rest
of my life. Come on.

Grimes emergency light.

Roentgen meter.

[Josh] Tick-tock, tick-tock.
Time is running out.

Back at the shop, Danny
brought in some major help.

So you have to get
everything lined up

while we get the smoke machine
we brought out of the way.

That's cool. So you have
the smoke machine controls

- hidden inside the Mr. Fusion.
- Right in here.

[Josh] Danny called in the guy who
spearheaded the original restoration

of the original A-car that we
saw at the Petersen Museum.

Expert builder, Joe Walser.

Just to give you an idea of his
dedication to the A-car restoration,

the original build
for the filming of the movie

took ten weeks.

Nobody said time-machine
building was easy.

[Josh] Joe Walser
then spent two years

dismantling, restoring,

and rebuilding
the neglected car.

The idea was to make it better
than new.

A completely film-accurate
DeLorean time machine

with a few upgrades
to the interior.

- And done.
- [Danny] Done.

The other thing that makes
time travel possible.

- Mr. Fusion?
- Mr. Fusion.

[Josh] I let Danny know
that Chris, Kevin, and I

hit a home run and are on
our way to drop off the parts.

This looks great, Danny.

How epic is that?

[Josh] I can't do Marty
at all, though.

His voice is...
It's too high a register

and it's, like, kinda Canadian.

- Uh-huh.
- And it cracks all the time.

- "You're telling me?"
- [Chris laughs]

I can't get up there.
"You made a time machine?"

Are you telling me that
you built a time machine

[panting] out of a DeLorean?

"You don't just walk into
a store and buy plutonium!"

Doc, you don't just walk into
a store and buy plutonium!

- [laughing]
- Is it getting better?

- It really is. Really.
- It's not, really.

He says, "You're telling me
this sucker is nuclear?"

Are you telling me
that this sucker is nuclear?

-Wow -We're getting there.

[Josh] The eagle has landed. Chris and
I dropped off the parts we found at Apex,

so now Danny and company
have everything they need.

Time to make some magic.

["Back In Time" playing]

All right, get 'em in, making sure
they're all facing the right way.

♪ Take me away, I don't mind ♪

♪ But you'd better promise me,
I'll be back in time ♪

Hey. All right, we have
lights. We got power.

♪ Gotta get back in time ♪

[Josh] At its core, the notion of traveling
through time has fascinated humans

since, well,
the beginning of time.

H.G. Wells actually coined
the term "time machine,"

popularizing the conceit that time
travel had to rely on some kind of device.

[Joe] Cool. All right.

[Josh] Over the years,

it's been reimagined
as everything

from an amulet to a hot tub.

From a simple phone booth in
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure,

to perhaps the second most
famous time machine in pop culture,

the blue police box known as
the TARDIS from Doctor Who.

And while all of these are fantastic
fictional time-traveling devices,

nothing can really compare
in the cool department

to the DeLorean time machine
from Back to the Future.

Perfect.

- [Danny] Lined up.
- Here you go, buddy.

Okay. Looking like
a complete car now.

♪ Gotta get back in time ♪

[Chris] Michael, I need you to make
yourself available the day after tomorrow.

[Josh whispering] Is that
Michael J. Fox?

[Chris shushing]

Can you do that?

- I can't tell you why, yeah.
- What?

You just gotta trust me.

- You're not gonna tell him?
- No, I'm not in trouble.

It's nothing like last time.

Well, I paid you back.

I meant to, anyway.

Okay, all right. Day after
tomorrow. See you there.

So what happened last time?

My attorney advised me
not to discuss the incident.

Mmm-hmm

I can't believe I'm gonna get to meet
Michael J. Fox. I mean, that's crazy.

I just hope we can get
the damn thing built in time.

- Yeah.
- [cell phone ringing]

Uh, hello?

[Danny] Hey, guys, it's Danny.

I need Chris back here
at the shop, ASAP.

[Josh] When I started
on this journey,

I was pretty much just
a Back to the Future superfan.

But now, I'm starting to feel
like something of an expert.

Did you know
this fact to the future?

The overflowing bowl
of peanut brittle George McFly

munches on when he's sitting at
the table with Marty and his family,

actually has a backstory.

The idea was to show George McFly
as a pathetic and ineffectual character.

As he pours the bowl
of peanut brittle,

Marty gives him
a disgusted look,

which, to casual observers,
might seem odd.

After all, peanut brittle
is pretty good.

Believe me Marty, you're
better off

without having to worry
about all the aggravations

and headaches
of playing at that dance.

[Dave] He's
absolutely right, Marty.

Turns out, though, the look of disgust
comes from an earlier deleted scene.

Try it once, okay? For me.

Just say "no." N-O, no.

[knock at door]

Hey, McFly, my kid here is
selling peanut brittle for a team.

It's $5 a box, I put you
down for a case, okay?

Um... [clears throat]

- Okay.
- Great.

It's out in the car,
I'll go get it.

See, honey, I told you. We
only have to go to one house.

[Josh] So, Marty's look of
disgust at the dinner table

is more a look of disappointment
at his father's inability

to stand up for himself rather
than his distaste for peanut brittle.

Afraid I'm just not very good
at confrontations.

While it's understandable
why this scene was cut,

it does make George McFly's heroic
transformation at the end of part one

all the more exciting.

- Hello.
- Good morning.

[Marty fainting]

[upbeat music playing]

Hi, we are Markus and Kathy, and we
are cosplaying Marty and Doc since 2014.

[Kathy] 2015, we've met many
Back to the Future actors.

2017, we imported our DeLorean
from California,

and we had a big
barbeque welcome party.

2019, we flew to Los Angeles
and we visited the original

Back to the Future
filming locations.

In the meanwhile, we visited
a lot of conventions,

dressed up as Marty and Doc,

and had a lot of good friends
who joined us

to make a big and huge Back
to the Future cosplay crew.

[Kathy] And it was amazing.

[Josh] Uh-oh. Okay, everything
seemed to be going good,

then we got a strange call
from Danny.

[Danny] I need Chris back here
at the shop, ASAP.

[Josh] I'm not gonna lie,
I'm very nervous.

Because we are out of options
and we are out of time.

[Josh] Hey, Dan, we came
as soon as we could.

[gasps] It looks done!

- Almost. We're getting there.
- Wow.

We're just missing
one key component.

- Chris.
- Me?

[Danny] The car was built
for you.

You gotta take
the driver's seat.

Let me know how it feels.

Gotta have
Doc Brown's approval, right?

- Whoa.
- [Josh and Danny laugh]

All right.

- [Chris] Ah.
- Ah, like a glove.

Now this brings me back.

Even the shirt looks better now.

[Josh and Chris chuckle]

- Yeah.
- Well, what do you think?

[Chris] It's beautiful.
The keypad, the switchboard.

[gasps] The flux capacitor
is exact!

Well, we were lucky Kevin
helped us find those last few parts.

Yeah, it's perfect. Ha! Perfect.

- Oh, Michael's gonna be so happy about this.
- Yeah?

[clicks tongue]

[Chris] Oh, yes.

Okay, I gotta geek out
here a little bit.

- Can I sit in this?
- You gotta let him.

Of course.

- Yeah?
- [Danny] Go for it.

All right, come on.
If I can fit in it.

Oh yeah. [chuckling]

- What do you think, Josh?
- It's... Like, I might cry.

I honestly feel like
I'm in high school.

I seriously... I feel like
I'm a kid again!

It's... It's just...
It is the time machine.

[Josh] Back to the Future
helped define my childhood.

I remember sitting with friends,

watching old VHS copies
of the movie, imagining,

fantasizing, what it would
have been like to be Marty.

And now look at me!

I spent years wishing
I could be right here

sitting in Doc's
DeLorean time machine,

and now
it is actually happening.

It really is a dream come true.

But this, this is not
about me. It's about this car.

This incredible creation that is
now going to help a lot of people.

You have done a killer job,
really, and right on time.

- [Danny] Thank you.
- Yeah, incredible.

Incredible. I have to get a selfie. I
mean, I can't live with myself if I don't.

Okay. All right, selfie time.
Here we go.

- [glass breaking]
- Ooh! Shit!

[Chris] What happened?

I think I just broke it.

[Josh] Oh, God. Danny, tell me
you have more of those Torr relays.

[Danny] No. Only the ones
you got from Apex.

[Josh] Oh, my God!
Chris, check the newspaper.

[Josh] It never happens.
I blew it. We failed.

[Danny] Look, I could put
some dummy parts in.

- It won't be perfect, but...
- No.

It's a bust. We're done.

I can find a lost temple
in the jungles of Guatemala.

- I can't make a time machine out of a fricking DeLorean?

...you're going overboard here.

- Chris, I'm sorry I dragged you into this.

- We have 48 hours!
- I'm sorry.

[screaming]

Danny.

I got an idea.

[sighs wearily]

I, Dr. Emmett Brown

am about to embark
on a historic journey.

[sighs]

I almost forgot to bring
extra plutonium.

How did I ever expect
to get back?

One pellet, one trip.

I must be out of my mind.

[dog barking on tv]

[Doc Brown] What is it, Einie?

[cell phone vibrating]

Hey.

[Chris] Josh, I need you to
meet me tonight. It's urgent.

Chris, man, I told you...

[Chris] I'll text you
the address.

[phone beeping]

Chris, maybe just tell me.

Great Scott!

Hi, We're the Nairn family,
and this is...

Our Back to the Future stuff!
Yay!

Let's have a look
and see what we've got.

We have on there...
We got all that.

And LEGO, and hoverboard.

And this is some stuff we've
got on display on our wall, isn't it?

[Josh] Just when I thought this
adventure couldn't get any weirder...

After all, we completed
our mission,

and I ruined everything,

because I broke the single most
important part of the time machine,

the flux capacitor.

Selfie time, here we go.

Ooh, shit.

[Josh] We don't have time
to make another one,

even if we could find the parts.

So why am I here,
at the mall, in the dark?

I honestly have no idea.

All I know is Chris called me
and asked me to meet him here,

and that all my questions
would be answered, in time.

[instrumental music playing]

[Josh gasps]

We built a time machine,
out of a DeLorean.

We most certainly did.

Not just any time machine.

Care to do the honors?

It works?

Of course it works.

Give it a try.
Let's see some serious shit.

[grunts]

Backing up.

[all laughing]

I got it, I got it, I got it.

Okay, here we go. Back.

Oh, my God!

- Okay, ready?
- Yeah.

[laughs]

- Holy shit!
- Unbelievable.

[Chris] Left turn.

Whoa.

Okay, here we go,
bringing it in.

- I'll try not to run us over.
- Yeah, yeah.

- And...

Unbelievable. Ha!

It's amazing.
It really is amazing, but...

It doesn't matter.

None of this.
None of this matters.

- Why?
- Look at the paper?

We failed.

Maybe so.

Maybe not.

[door hissing open]

I brought you something.

What's this?

Is this what I think it is?

It is.

This is the original!

That's the original.

I thought you said you didn't
keep anything from the movie.

Well, I figured,

[Josh] This is our last stop.

And now, it all culminates
here in the theater

Where Michael J. Fox
will be presented

with his most screen-accurate

remote-controlled, personalized,

not-flying, not disappearing

DeLorean time machine.

As I said, it has been a long
and twisted road to get here.

But as it were, where we're
going, we won't need roads.

Maybe a massage and a
nap though, that'd be nice.

We kind of made it.

We built it.

[Chris] Yeah.

It's outstanding.
It is. It's amazing.

It was a labor of love.

[Josh] Labor of love
is an understatement.

This whirlwind of an expedition
took us to extraordinary places,

meeting so many people who
graciously helped us on our mission

along the way.

We tracked down seven DeLoreans.

Then built one from scratch.

We dodged a few bullets,

and competed our tasks
with zero casualties.

Well, maybe one or two.

Ooh.

[gasps]

Oh.

[Josh] I'm gonna pay for that!

[Josh whispering] No, I'm not.

When all was said and done,
we ended up with

this one of a kind Back to
the Future time machine.

We used all original parts.

Uh, we worked with the designer
who did the original time machine,

and, uh, I mean, we made it
as authentic as we could.

I feel like it's same as
in '85. I feel like I could...

- [Josh] Yeah?
- [Chris] Yeah.

- Chris gave us the...
- Flux capacitor.

Not the original one.

No, that's the original.

- Oh.
- Yeah, the real deal from the movie.

- You telling me this is for the Foundation?
- [Chris] Yes.

You know how much money
we could raise with this thing?

Uh, yeah, we have,
we have we have some idea.

This is amazing, guys.
It's fantastic.

[Josh] Oh, I'm glad you like it.

Oh, and one other thing.

It, uh...
It's remote-controlled.

- This is remote-controlled?
- Yes.

- Get out of town!
- Don't... Don't touch anything.

Yeah, not enough space here.

It really... it really is
remote-controlled.

- Oh, cool.
- So, we wanna...

I could do some real damage
with this thing.

We went all out, man.
We wanted to make it

- as perfect as we could.
- You did it right.

You did well.

an adventure for the books,

and one I will never forget.

Traveling all over the country,

with one of the greatest
actors of our time,

and meeting amazing people
along the way.

Whoa, this is heavy.

It's been a dream come true,

one that I had to convince
myself several times

was not actually a dream.

To be here,

sharing a stage
with Michael J. Fox,

and giving him a time machine

that will help him on his
mission to change lives,

is extraordinary.
