It is called Doom Sticks.

It's basically three mini
challenges all mixed into one.

And it is gonna be played

in seven teams of two,

with one team having three

since we have an odd number.
For the first one,

it's called Speed Sticks.

On one end of the course,
you have a rack of five sticks.

On the other end,
you have an empty rack.

You'll grab one stick at a time.

You'll race
from the starting line

to the empty rack,

place it,

race back and tag your teammate.

But here's the catch--
before you return, you can grab

one stick from any team

and bring it back
to their starting rack.

You can sabotage other teams.

I'm absolutely stressed
about the fact

that I'm working with everybody,
because...

you kind of have
to show your cards.

TJ:
You're gonna continue
this process

until there's
only one team left.

The losing team will be cut
from the rest of the day.

The winning team
will then select two more teams

-to sit out.
