on the radar.

You've shown resilience.

You've gone
out of your comfort zone.

I think a big part of life
is just being resilient

And not giving up.
If I made it through selection,

I'd feel
a sense of accomplishment.

You know, I think I'd be proud.

You've passed and failed tasks.

You faced your fears
and you panicked.

But the way you dealt
with that failure,

That's impressed us.
You have shown us resilience,

But have you got what it takes?

I find myself thinking whenever
something big happens,

It's like, "oh, I wonder
what mom would think of this?"

I think my mom would
definitely be proud of

The things I've achieved.

through this program,

You started to step it up.

You started to demonstrate
that fire we was looking for.

You turned into the sled dog

On all the team tasks out here.
You showed us another level.

So we had to ask ourselves,
do you have what it takes

To stand beside us?

One consistent thing in my life
is I'm always this close.

I've always
just come up just short.

And I think the biggest thing
I want to prove to myself here

Is that I can close that gap.

I want to make it to the end.

The precious few recruits
who pass this course

Will have a sense of belonging.

A sense of pride.

It's something that will
change their lives forever.

I remember being in their boots,

Looking up at my instructors
on the platform.

It's a bond. It's a family.

It's something
that's so special,

It can never be forgotten.

[nick] life is
full of challenges.

To be able to know
you can step up to the plate

Time and time again
is a very rewarding feeling.

Truly something I'll remember
for the rest of my life.

[erin] I think I've learned
that I'm a bit tougher

Than I thought.
Definitely mentally.

It's been a life changing
experience for sure.

I'm just most proud
of pushing myself

Beyond whatever I knew I could.

But the biggest reflection
that I learned

Is the man I want to be.
This is a huge

Stepping stone
and a foundation to really

Build my future.
