complete two extreme missions

before they can cross the Escape Zone
and find out the winner.

First, they must find transportation

to the check-in location
in Mossel Bay.

From there, they will travel 400km
to Cape Farms, Cape Town,

for mission number one -
skydiving from 9,000 feet.

Then it's a gruelling hike to the top

of the world famous Table Mountain,
in the centre of Cape Town.

Once at the top, there will be
a final race to find a flare.

The first person
to retrieve the flare

will be declared the winner
at the Escape Zone.

I think, when I started
this journey,

I didn't believe in myself
that I could get this far.

I've learned that I need to
push myself out of my comfort zone

and just try new things.

My horizons are super narrow
and they've been broadened, like...

I absolutely love travel,
and every drop that we did,

not knowing, being thrown in the
deep end, was absolutely amazing.

I'm most proud of the fact
that, no matter what,

I kept myself positive,
I threw myself as hard as I could

into every mission
and backed myself.

My ultimate goal for this would
just be to make my family proud.

My sister has a 2-year-old
and another baby on the way,

and I miss out on so much
not being at home.

But I've learnt so much about myself
on this journey.

And I have pushed myself

I took a leap of faith.

I wanted to prove to myself

a huge threat, Sofia's a huge threat

and I think, for me,
it's been a journey of self-growth

around what I can achieve and not
being limited by my self-doubt.
