and commercial centre

for the ancient Nabataean tribe.

Today it's Jordan's
most popular attraction,

with over a million visitors
annually.

..teams must find me
in the Wadi Rum Desert.

Stretching all the way to the border
with Saudi Arabia,

it is 720km of some of the most
inhospitable terrain on Earth.

Daytime temperatures
have been recorded

as high as 52 degrees Celsius,

and as low as minus eight at night.
