Dealing with the State

We know that the state is
committing crimes against the people

so why does it surprise you

that they may steal your motor vehicle?

Do they have legislation to assist them?

No.

The legislation that they will refer to

only deals with the PERSON, the slave name.

By enforcing their rules,

they are binding you into slavery
and using criminal coercion.

Anyone forcing you to comply

with their legislation

is failing to comply with your rights under common law

and their own rules, the slavery Act 2015

and the the United Nations Universal
Declaration of Human Rights 1948,

Article 4

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude;

slavery and the slave trade shall
be prohibited in all their forms.

This includes the use of the legal
name they attach to you [PERSON]

and statutory legislation.

Article 7

All are equal before the law

and are entitled without any discrimination

to equal protection of the law.

All are entitled to equal protection

against any discrimination

in violation of this Declaration

and against any incitement to such discrimination.

The use of enforced statutory legislation

against living men/women

clearly confirms that they are not equal before the law

and that they are also subject to discrimination.

Article 12

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference

with his privacy, family, home or correspondence,

nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation.

Everyone has the right

to the protection of the law

against such interference or attacks.

The continued behaviour by the state

in the enforcement of statutory laws

confirms that living men and women are continually targeted

and subjected to interference

with their privacy, family, home and correspondence

not to mention their honour and reputation.

Article 18

Everyone has the right to freedom of
thought, conscience, and religion;

this right includes freedom to
change his religion or belief,

and freedom, either alone or in community with others

and in public or private,

to manifest his religion or belief

in teaching, practice, worship, and observance.

This includes the right for living men and women

to stand under common law with like-minded people.

It also includes the right to change their belief

by teaching, practice and in a community, publicly.

Article 20 - Section 2

No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

This includes enforcing living men and women

to become part of a country, state

or to become a citizen.

Note

Any country failing to comply with this Declaration

will be guilty of committing a criminal offence

and of failing to comply with their position

as a signatory to the United Nations.

In turn this could result in the removal

of that country or state from the United Nations.

As a living man/woman,

do you have the right to travel in a vehicle?

Yes.

Your inherent birth right.

Have the DVLA been notified

about the Insurance Bond used under common law?

Yes.

The DVLA have not only accepted this bond

but when they were informed,

they responded by quoting

“As a living man standing under
the jurisdiction of Common Law,

you are still bound to tax your vehicle

other than this, there is nothing
else we need to do here at the DVLA.”

It should be noted

that when they were informed about the Insurance Bond,

they were unaware that we were
also changing the number plate

and exporting the vehicle.

This means that we do not have to tax the vehicle.

Do the authorities have any legislation

that they can use against a living man/woman?

No.

There exists no statutory legislation

anywhere in the world

that may be used against living men or women.

If the police remove your car,

do they have a right to do so?

No.

Provided that you stand as a living man or woman,

statutory legislation does not apply to you.

Can they be held liable for damages?

Yes.

Any police confiscating your car

will be held personally liable for damages

and by challenging them under their own property act,

they cannot destroy your vehicle.

If you fail to grasp the fact

that we are entitled to stand under common law

and that we do not have to comply with their rules,

you may wish to hold off ordering the Insurance Bond

and travelling under common law.

You must decide if you are a SLAVE or living.

At some point in the future,

you may have to deal with the courts, police and state.

You must make the choice.
