appeared in open sources with IS-3 tanks...

It seems to me that many people are rushing things
by saying that this is a de-conservation of these

tanks for shipment to Ukraine. Why, if the stock
of T-62s and T-54s and T-55s is not exhausted?

The IS-3, manufactured in 1945, had a 122mm D-25T
rifled gun, with an effective range of up to 1 km.

Try to find now in Russian depots and storage
centers rounds for it in usable condition.

Therefore, this photo is quite informative, but
I wouldn't rush to draw such radical conclusions

about the removal of the IS-3 from storage.
