a military surveillance plane

with high-tech equipment
capable of tracking gunfire
on the ground.

In an interview,
Senator McCain offered

supportive words for those
terrorized by the recent spree

of sniper murders.
He was less supportive
of Chief Charles Moose, saying,

"I've come to the conclusion
that we need to have
somebody in charge."
