Website find by Slate.com now, by my phone, by Slate.com, is a website where we can look up license

plate numbers and potentially get some information from it, so this is going to be pretty good for

open work that we can potentially put a license plate in and potentially get more information back about

the type of vehicle it is, potentially some pictures and videos and so on.

And we'll take a look at that.

So the site is free license plate lookups and a site where people can, well, report bad drivers.

So it works pretty simple.

So.

If you have a VIN number, you could do fine by Vin NAICOM up here.

We're going to do license plate, however.

So I'm going to put a license plate that I found in some video that's making the rounds, and let's

take a look.

So I'm going to type of license plate.

OK.

And I found with this site, you do need to put the state if you don't put the state in and it's going

to air out.

So I'm just going to go down in here, we're going to do Tennessee.

And I'm going to click the search here.

You'll also notice there's a camera icon here, so we could actually upload a picture to the site and

potentially find information also.

So let's do it by let's play for.

So here's a license plate.

I put it in the state and I'm going to click the little magnifying glass and this is going to be for

United States.

So here we go.

It found a license plate.

We it, of course, came up in Tennessee.

We see it's a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA class.

We could see the body classes, the SUV, four wheel drive and manufacturer vehicle type, and it gives

us a breakdown.

Hemi axles, blind spot monitoring, displacement, et cetera, et cetera.

So we could see quite a bit information about the vehicle itself.

We could also see and hear violations, citations if anyone uploading pictures in here.

And of course, if there's any videos here and they did upload a video here and this video is if you

haven't seen it, it's a woman talking to these people worried that they're following her and turns

out she has a gas pump still stuck in her car she's been driving around with.

Whether this is real or this is faked.

Haven't really gone through to take a look at that.

However, this would seem like a pretty good example because this is a pretty public video in the license

plate shown in the video.

So.

Again, the information that's populating here is going to be up to if someone reported the individual,

so at some point someone actually uploaded this information about this vehicle in here.

Now you'll probably find other vehicles on here, including your own.

I actually put my own in.

No one actually took photos reporting anything on my vehicle.

No violations, no citations or whatnot.

However, it did had the basic information.

It did have the license plate, the state, because you do have to important information to begin with

and all the basic information about the vehicle, which was accurate.

So this could be a potentially interesting website if you're running a plate.

If that vehicle was reported by another user on his website at some point.

So in this case, if we were doing an investigation on this person, we put in the license plate, we

put the state in and well, now we found this YouTube video.

Is, which is also on a bunch of other social media sites, and we could potentially go from there and

do a further investigation we could break out of here, go to actual actual YouTube site and see if

there's more information there or comments of what not.

So pretty useful in since this is publicly sourced for information like videos and complaints and whatnot,

you do want to vet that information.

However, again, this is a pretty good starting point putting the information in, getting more vehicle

information and potentially getting more crowdsource information about who this individual is or who

owns a vehicle, what type of vehicle information there is for it.

Now, of course, the other option is we could click on the camera here.

And you could choose a file.

No, this was pretty interesting, so I actually cut this pitcher out and I fed that into the system.

Again, you will have to put down the state.

However, it came up with a different view, though it didn't come up with this.

Mercedes Beneke actually came over the Jeep Cherokee, so.

If you get a video image of whatever driver's license, license plate that you're that you're running,

if there's a picture or there's a video, you might want to take that video and then upload to the site

again, it might have another link that you could follow.

So again, pretty cool website.

Again, I would personally vet the information that you find here if it's anything other than the vehicle

information.

Just make sure that it's, say, not a malicious person putting information out or misinformation about

an individual that owns that vehicle.
