Shooting a lot of people is hard.

It takes planning, it takes focus,

and apparently that's why, by and large,

no alcohol or drugs figured
into these shootings.

And when they did,

it had nothing to do
with the killings themselves.

It was usually because
the shooter had been drinking

to celebrate an anniversary or birthday.

Or maybe even the New Year.

things just happen. They just do."

I think Eugene Hobbs made
a decision to do something,

and whether or not my client
served him those drinks,

he was going to do it.
